"We checked in on a hot summer evening only to find that the A/C unit was not working. We asked to switch rooms but they were fully booked. The lady at the front desk was the only one working at the hotel that night so she couldn't leave front desk to find us some fan's. With our assistance she was able to locate two fans which sufficed until maintenance could fix the unit in the morning. It was disappointing that the A/C wasn't working, but I do appreciate the front desk lady doing everything she could do to help. The staff was very kind."
