This hotel is located in one of the most beautiful Calas in Menorca Hotel is nice, room was clean great staff, however simple things like charging for swimming in the infinity pool makes it pitty we are already paying premium and the want to charge you a fortune for extra simple things Also hiring a car is a must as the hotel is isolated from everywhere, evethough the hotel charges for parking ( once again extras, extras, extras ) there is plenty of street parking arround. General good hotel

I came to Menorca for 13 hours and stayed here for two days. This place is so good that I fell in love with Menorca. First, the cleanliness of the hostel was very clean. Both bed linen and floor toilets were perfect. Second, accessibility with the sea. On the terrace you can see the beautiful sea, right in front of the sea. I was so happy. Third, a delicious breakfast. Fresh fruit, variety of coffee, various breads were all good. I still miss it. And the neighborhood is perfect. The people at the nearby restaurants were also friendly. Me and my husband got used to it in a strange place. So I love Menorca.

The listing clearly states wifi in every room and when I got there they told me the opposite. It frustrating because I have to work when I travel. The location is remote so there's a down and up side wit that. No parking but there is a lot just up the hill. If you're staying there definitely rent a car.

When a hotel is announced as a Relais Chateaux and its prices correspond to a luxury hotel, its guests necessarily should expect an impecable service to the standards of such a selective hotel category. It has been dissapointing to find out that this is not the case in Can Faustino. Our room was small and shaby and the 2month baby sleeping next door constantly interrupted our rest at night. Unfortunately the hotel did not offer an alternative solution. Menorca is a beautiful island but Can Faustino's average rate in high season of 400-600 euros/night is definitively not worth. You might do well skiping it and staying in one of the other small boutique hotels in the area. Belén and Georg

We booked this hotel only for one night, because our catamaran was on dry for a minor repair. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. But where I was "very impressed", was the honesty of the staff. I forgot in the hotel room my scarf and three days later want back to ask for it ( not having big hope that I will find it ). You can imagine how happy I was when I've got it back! Maybe the hotel is three stars, but the staff definitely deserves ten!

Really clean, good location, and great communal area. The toilet in the main room was a bit weird but otherwise it was really nice

Simple, but good apartments with a nice pool and close to a small beach. A little shop in the resort. You definitely have to pre-book a bus as it is on the other side of the island and taxis are expensive.

Stayed with this resort for 6 nights. Really love this place as in good location and has a lot of things to do. We were out nearly everyday to see Menorca at its best but everytime ,we go back to the apartment, kids will go to the swimming pool ( which opens til 8pm) and then afterwards , we go to the beach to swim. We even walked around the hill around it and see the sunset. There are also kids activities. Beautiful place. A special thanks to Jacqueline, who give us a seaview apartment!!Loved it!

Just wanted sth cheap, easy and clean and was nicely surprised how nice this place was. Great staff, nice room with a comfy bed, cheap bar, pool outside and lots of tables for chilling with a cold beer.

This is a very comfortable guest house in pretty country a few kilometres outside Ciutadella. Spotlessly clean with good facilities. Our room had a sunny terrace overlooking a nice swimming pool. The owners are very friendly and helpful and there are several nice touches such as fruit and drinks provided free and facilities to make tea and coffee with pastries also provided. Ciutadella is an attractive town and only a few minutes drive away. Highly recommended !

overall, we had a nice stay at apartamento blancala. the view was perfect from our room: mediterranean sea with a glimpse of ciutadella from afar. the hotel was near 2 beach coves which can be accessible by car, bike or even walking if you're up for it. the rooms are a bit old but with the price i paid, i couldn't complain. food was good at the restaurant and the staff were friendly.

This hotel is right by the palms plaza, near all the little shops in Ciutadella, 10 minutes from the port and 10 minutes from the bus station to the beaches. My family and I took the airport transfer to and from the hotel (you must book online! In advance) and they do not drop off straight at the hotel. That was probably the most confusing part. It's nearby - just 10 minutes walk, but the directions weren't super clear at the beginning and having Google Maps when we arrived was invaluable. We had breakfast there a few times and it was fine - pastries, bread rolls, fruit, cheese. The staff was also very nice, but I had to struggle a bit with my Castellano as not all of them spoke a lot of English.

Of course the location and the style is rustic so 4* or 5* finishing touches might not always be expected but there were some things that could have been improved. The pool area and facilities were great. The restaurant too very acceptable.

On the outskirts of town, but still close to the beach. Cosy pool area. Large apartment with AC both in the living room and bedroom. Big balcony with lines where you can hang wet clothes. On the negative side we found a silverfish, which isn't very nice, and the ceiling fan's light fixture hung loose and didn't work. But more positive than negative for sure.

staff were so lovely and helpful with recommendations on things to do and restaurants to visit. breakfast was good and the hotel was great location. Room was basic but spacious with everything we needed.

We arrived to the hotel very tired at 11am and they gave us the room without any extra charge. Everyday cleaned the room. We are glutenfree and the leader of waiters told us everyday what we can eat. They paid attention to food allergies. They were very kind and helpful. Room is furnished with good quality and taste. Also the bathroom is very clean and nice, looks new. I only can recommand it. Hotel has also own parking place and a big parking area very close to them. Punta Prima Beach is 50meter. Hotel is next to bus stop, and a lot of restaurant, cafe bar. Almost everyday live music at the bar. We haven't take part on it, we could relax in the room, it wasn't noisy. Perfect stay.

Recommended without hesitation : from the moment we arrived until the day we left we were made to feel welcome by all of the staff . The location is superb - overlooking an inlet and just a very short walk from the city centre and the attractions of the Old Town. The room was spotless on arrival and kept that way on a daily basis by the hardworking & cheerful household staff. The bed was large and comfortable, the sheets were changed several times during our stay and extra blankets were provided in the room. Breakfast (included in the price) was straightforward and well thought out; the eating area was clean & well maintained and once again there were plenty of staff on hand to ensure that everyone had everything that they wanted. The pool area was very well organized and kept to a very high standard ; we saw the pool being cleaned several times during our stay and maintenance was carried out every day. There was plenty of varied seating. A very enjoyable holiday experience.

Our stay at this hotel was very good, the staff was very helpful and even called us to see if we wanted some them to keep us some dinner as we arrived very late in the night. We had a big room with terrace on the floor. Location is good but you need to rent car to move around, citutadella is only five minutes away and the north or south beaches are very close. The breakfast was good but could be improved with more types of bread, fresh juices and tables that are cleaned and setup properly. Pool area was nice and you have a lot of peacocks walking around as they have many birds. Would recommend this hotel at any time.

The owner Nicoletta was the perfect host. generous, energetic, attentive, ,passionate. A magnificent palace style accomodation, spacious rooms, and an extraordinary amount of communal spaces. Divine taste in every aspect and the most delicious breakfast.. thank you. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

In walking distance to centre, parking close by. Very basic but convenient. Beware of the barstools!

Ses Sucreres is a beautifully renovated airy townhouse with a honeysuckle filled inner courtyard. In the mornings you can eat your delicious breakfast listening to the birds whilst planning your day. Stephanie & her husband have great taste & an eye for detail & quality. Ferreries is a small friendly non-touristy town which is only a short drive to the stunning south coast beaches & a great central spot to explore the whole island by car or bike. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay..& our special eggs!
