This was my first time staying in Minot, North Dakota in at least 20 years. I originally booked the wrong dates. Agoda called the hotel and there weren't any problems with changing the dates. I was flying into Minot. My mother was able to easily check into the hotel room before my flight landed. My mother said the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is connected directly with the shopping mall, my mother loved the fact she could do some quick shopping. She said the mall was great also and pick up a few things that were on sale. I was amazed at how large the waterpark was as well as the game room. Never had a chance to use them but they would be great if you have children. The room was nice and large and clean. The beds were very comfortable. And the buffet breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day before heading out for the day. But, the best part of this was the deal I was able to get through Agoda. $60 ^-^

Place was quiet clean and cheap. Staff was friendly. Very nice place to stay while on a country wide trip.

The hotel was really nice. We loved our room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The pool was nice but not monitored very well. Kids were playing at the end of the slide throwing a ball up th water slide as people were coming down and we watched one girl get hit in the face. Also there were people drinking alcohol while in the pool area and the hot tub. Breakfast was always super crowded but they stocked very fast.

We were very disappointed in the conduct of the staff at this motel. The room we were given Smelled strong of stale smoke,when we alerted the staff She said it was not smoke but the humidity from the shower from the prior guests 2 days ago . We also were told there were no rooms available at the time of our check in ,which apparently was not true because the room we were first given had no occupants for 2 days( the lady told us) They did provide us with a different room which was not the cleanest as there was hair on the washroom floor. We would probably not stay here again .

We picked this hotel due to budget constraints while family member was in the hospital. The staff was amazing! Ashley, the front desk clerk, checked on us everyday. She remembered our situation, asked questions, matched the internet deal we found, and went above and beyond. Not as fancy as some in the area, but worth it. I'd stay again just due to the staff and the cleanliness.

The hotel is great. But the hotel front desk staff are rude. They will not let you have vistors after 10:00pm and are very rude to the guests

This is an old motel. The breakfast area couldn’t fit more than five people. If you need something cheap to just sleep then this would do. Beds are old and lumpy but linens were clean and fresh.
