Booked a room and payed in advanced, called and said we would be late. Rather than 6 pm, we arrived at 7 am the next day. Upon arrival my room was not ready... ??? Why? I had already paid for it. We waited 10 min for this to be figured out. I spent $140 per night. Our check in was at 4 pm the day before, Paid! Yet we arrived at 7 am the day after and my room is not available? If I payed for the room I should be able to check in with no problems at anytime. Addition, requested a smoking room and did not get one. So for all 5 days I went up and down the elevator and out the lobby when I felt the need to smoke. Understandable if a smoking room is not available but I specifically requested one. The bathroom needs to be fixed for RM 226: toilet paper holder fell apart. Bathroom door looked like it had a animal trying to break free. Shower can't be turned on before getting in. Toilet seat wont stay up! Last: the gym needs to be updated. Equipment is at least 20 years old.

After 2 weeks of being here I found a cockroach in my room and reported it to management who blamed me for it and never even apologized for it and refused to refund me. Most of the staff was friendly but the manager makes the whole place look bad with his better then everyone attitude! They offer free breakfast but yet run out of creamer and didn't get any for almost 2 weeks as well. The room was dirty when I checked in and they make u have housekeeping come in even if u don't want it. I'm a housekeeper and cleaned the room 20 times better then it was when I arrived. For the money you pay here its not worth it! I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere!
