"Wasn't sure what to expect with a bargain rate for Christmas week, was pleasantly surprised at the value received. For me, attention to small details would have raised my rating... Bridgepointe was above average in all major comfort and amenities; what would have helped: Kleenex box crushed and in poor condition - not a good first impression. Bathroom fan very noisy Shower head loose, wouldn't hold position. Coffee not serviced one day on room refresh; major disappointment. Breakfast alternated between scrambled eggs and sausage and scrambled eggs and bacon. After four days, a third option would have been welcome. All things that would have improved an already pleasant stay and great value. Will definitely look to stay here again and will recommend to any family, friends or associates staying in the New Bern area. "
