Panama City (FL) hotels & places to stay

This is the best place for location and price. The owner is wonderful and has upgraded the location. You will be happy staying here!!

Requested 2 beds. First room had 1. Second room had no beds. Third room was 2 beds. Toilet wouldn’t fill up so had to remove top of tank and hold down to fill tank and flush. Continental breakfast is a joke. Nothing there to choose. Raisin Bran or Frosted Flakes.

Upset not knowing about the Construction going on & pool being closed. Would have understood if it had been on website when I booked...

I had paid for a 3rd party booking agency like I almost always for my husband whose mother just passed away and he was preparing for the funeral by getting together some last minute details. He is African American the manager of this motel is Indian and once my husband arrived and presented his confirmation number along with ID and the manager immediately refused to give my husband a room claiming that my card had been declined. My husband put myself on the phone so that I could possibly explain to this manage that I had paid by PayPal and both confirmation that my $112 payment had indeed processed. Then he changed that from my card had been declined and now it was that I paid through a third party and this wasn't the acceptable form of payment. I then requested for him to send me anything that showed that my payment was declined but he told me to call the police and have them come and see. He told me that they wouldn't give him any room unless he paid with cash.

front desk staff should always smile to all of the guests not only with the elderly. grumpy front desk staff!!

Very nice hotel with good accommodation for pets. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the conditions pleasant. Will probably stay there again next year.

We spent an hour driving around after a very long day trying to figure out where this property was at since it only existed on Booking.com then it took us another 90 minutes to check in because of 2 room reservations was made in 1 person's name. They actually tried to contact the owners of the time share to OK the name change. WOULD NOT USE RESORTSHARE AGAIN.

My stay at the summer breeze hotel was awful. I would never stay there again. There were extra charges that was not listed on the internet that I was forced to pay for. My room was not clean and the was a knife left from prior guests. The bath tub was stopped up and the toilet was leaking. One of of the staff member was very rude and acted as if she did not want to help with any of my complaints.She also displayed poor communication skills as well.

Clean rooms Great staff Great housekeeping. Nice size rooms. Too far from beaches Ac not working properly Mirror placement not usable Shower head to far up wall and Water flow not even - clogged Loved the balcony although there wasn't anything to look at but parking lot.

With the full kitchen, 2 nice beds, pool & hot tub, I consider it a very good value and my wife and I will come here again! The downside is that there is no store, restaurant within walking distance, or on premises, nor a free continental breakfast. But factor that into the price AND being directly on the quiet beach, it is a very good option for a week or less!

My husband and I stayed at Beachbreak for 3 nights, it was our first time staying at this location. The staff was very friendly, and took great care of us. The room was very out dated ( had a boob tube as a TV), and old carpet, however the room was clean. Our view of the beach was perfect! Beachbreak has a pool and a hot tub. I didn't like the pool area, the pool deck was very small which made it difficult to lay out. The hot tub was out of service the last two nights we were there. There are a couple BBQ grills and picnic tables on the property facing the beach, and the lower level rooms are handicap accessible. The Beachbreak is not bad for the money, location is wonderful. Will probably stay somewhere else when we go back down to PC in 3 weeks, I like to lay out so when I'm done getting sandy at the beach, I like to lay by the pool.

This facility was really nice. The associate's at the front desk was so nice at check in/out. Very knowledgeable on everything they offered and things we maybe interested in around us. I would strongly suggest this place to anybody

My boyfriend and I were highly impressed with this Holiday Inn. It was in a great location and one of the best hotels on the strip. It had a lot to offer, with a hot tub, two pools, tiki bar and live entertainment everyday. The staff was incredibly friendly from the second we arrived, to the night we left. And our view from the fifth floor was great. My only con would be that the hot water in the shower, wasn’t very hot. But that’s hardly a con. I would absolutely stay there again.

when we got their they did not have the room they said we where told we would get.they said we were upgraded to another hotel.we were told we would have a room with 2 queen beds,but the other hotel was 2 double beds in it.we are both over 60 yrs. old and we are both over 6' tall we have to have the larger beds.and the staff had no clue of what they were doing.but we go to the other hotel which was closer to where i needed to be.the staff their was very nice and got use a king size bed.their place was excellent.i would love to stay their again.

My family go to Panama city beach 3 time a years, we stay alot of hotel around there but the best one i pick right now is the Legacy By The Sea , good price, nice service , room very clean , fast check in & out , near by everything , shoping center . Restaurant, Pear fishing .The bacony look out to the sea , i love pool & spa at the hotel , its warm water so my kids can swim until 10pm , i recomment every body need to try 1 time you will love it , i'll be bk , thank you the Legacy by the sea

The location of facility is superb. It is at the beach with incredible sunsets. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

PRO: Where it is located, 10-15 min from the beach. CON: Place looks okay when you first walk into a dark room, but as soon as the lights turn on you can see how the walls are dirty and the tub has chipped paint. The worst motel/hotel I have stayed in.

It was a good sleep for a night, but I wouldn't want to come back. Was quite old and dingy. The beds were comfy though

No complaints at all. The location suited me, but beach vacationers may want to be closer to the shore. Hotel was good value and did everything it said on the advert.

Room had stains on the carpet, no tissues in room, small frig need defrosted, no complimentary coffee in room, and no breakfast facility. Was not worth the money charged for this facility. Would stay in another Hotel or motel with better accommodations.

We booked this hotel on a whim and loved everything about it! The pool area is amazing and makes you feel as if you are in the Caribbean. The entertainment, fruit infused water, clean rooms, all the food options are top notched! We are already planning another trip back and bringing friends!

I took both my 19 year olds here for dpring break.i read the reviews the night before our trip and i was worried!! Reviews were bad.our stay was great! Wifi was perfect.staff was very nice and helpful.water was hot.room was clean.location is inbetween pier park and la vela.mixed crowd of people.its not the ritz carlton but its not the no tell motel either.i would def stay again i felt safe and it was clean.dont go to PCB during spring break if you are not willing to deal with the crowds or college kids...it is spring break.if u rent a scooter or golf cart walk to Snappy Turtle he is def the best prices and very nice

Our stay at the Majestic was simply surpurb! It made for our great mini-vacation in Panama City. I was very impressed with everything- especially the gym, which a professional sports team would be proud of. The staff was great and the security people were on spot and did a thorough job. I just loved our stay and am looking forward to coming back!
