"The reception staff couldn't have been kinder. The rooms have everything they need, nothing more, but are comfortable. The hotel itself is lovely, and the courtyard and garden inside it are great places to rest and relax. Location is great- a short walk from the two plazas, but far enough away to be quiet. And all of this is at an exceedingly modest price. I loved it and will recommend it to my friends. "

"We spent 5 days at Casa Encantada and found it to be clean, quiet and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff - the management speak good English if you dont speak Spanish. The hotel is in an old colonial house with a charming court yard. The breakfast is Mexican food - filling and tasty! My only (slight) complaint would be that the coffee is aimed at our American friends' taste in coffee ie brown water :-) I'd not hesitate to go back there again"
