"We went here for a girls weekend, instead of spending time at the hotel we wanted to be anywhere but. There was a hockey team there, we had to ask for our room to be moved since they decided to put us on the same floor as them and you could hear people in their rooms from the hallway. The kids also took over the pool, even after the designated adult time, and staff were not helpful. I wrote two emails, one directly and one on their website, and have yet to receive a response back. Awful customer service not to even acknowledge an email, never mind two. Do NOT waste your time or your money, the hotel is not nice enough for the premium, you might as well go to a motel. Better yet got to Kelowna and stay at the Delta"

"The lobby clerks were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and neat and nice decor. Room was in the back of the hotel; could hear the traffic from Skaha Lake road in the morning but wasn’t too bad. The King sized bed was so comfortable. Went for the free breakfast the next morning. There was a lot of choice of hot and cold foods. You make your own waffles fresh and they were very yummy! Would definitely stay again. "
