"It’s near the end of the strip in Pigeon Forge and not too far from the old mill and Dollywood. The beds were made when we got there but the room always not clean. The staff was really nice and any concerns we had were attended to right away. The cleanliness issue may have been related to the fact that they were having problems with their staff as we overheard as we were going into our room. There is also no option for just family as it was my sister and myself but n this trip as we were visiting friends and shopping. "

Everybody was waiting for the coffee and she was not there. RUDE!"

"As was please with the hotel the rooms was spacious which is needed when you need a crib. The refrigerator and freezer worked really good which is needed for baby food. I was really excited about the breakfast but when I got down to it they had closed it down and was handing out bags of breakfast which I did not know until I went down the next morning. They didn't have anything for my kids to drink for breakfast and I don't give them soda. They also had to take our temperature before checking in which would have been nice to know before we traveled. (We was not sick nor have we been but still would have been nice to know before we got there) Also they are so worried about Covid-19 by checking temperature and closing the breakfast down, limiting the number of people in the pool yet hosted a beauty pageant there that weekend. Which I thought was a little redundant."
