"Air conditioner was too much noisy, stuff didn't help to fix refrigerator. The room had problem with WC because after toilet flushing, water was running continuously, unless you move some part inside toilet tank. In the shower cabin cold faucet was tightened so hard and we had a feeling it couldn't be opened. Cleaning of room did not happen any day with excuse service is limited because well known current disease situation. Elevator was malfunctioning (floor display was often incorrect) or it didn't work at all. For two days in a row hotel was without electricity and there was no reserve power supply. For switching tv channels we didn't have decoder's remote. Stuff doesn't speak English."
