Find Hotels in Puerto Montt, Chile

We only stayed one night and booked at the last minute. When we arrived to check in the man at reception was extremely rude. He then tried to charge us more than what we had just booked online. It took a long time to sort this out but eventually we got the room for the price we booked it. The staff treat you as if you don't belong there. It is a nice hotel but not the best. Views and location are fantastic.

The staff was super friendly. Always want to help you where needed. The bed was very comfortable. Many bathrooms available and a clean kitchen to use. They made it very cosy when putting in the fireplace.

Upon checking in, the counter receptionist spoke fine English. Other persons we encounterd the next two days did not. Breakfast on top floor, very nice view. Close to some restaurants and bars.

Since we used Puerto Montt as our headquarters for touring the south of Chile, it made sense to find a convenient and comfortable place to unwind, repack, and just relax. This is the place! Reasonable price, excellent value, friendly and fast service, and parking under the hotel out of the rain storm, when we arrived. What a relief! We highly recommend this hotel when getting ready for a cruise, flight, or a drive done the casino austral.

the hotel is very good, the room is big, clean and have also a mini kitchen. the location is great. the breakfast is very good too. but pay attention: at the check out they try to charge you 19% of tax, on your room rate. but by the chilean law this tax must be charged only on chilean citizens or foreigners with more than 59 days in chile! the hotel says that the 19% will not be charged only if the hotel is payed in us dollars by credit card, what is not true. by law, it doesn't matter the way that you pay (cash, usd, clp, card...). it should not be applied for foreigners with less than 59 days in chile. if you don't want to be bothered by these payment issues, don't stay at this hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for one night initially on my way to Chiloe. I like it so much I rebooked for the return trip...the hosts Rosanna and Jorge were very helpful to me during both stays. When you are on the road traveling its nice to find a place occasionally where it feels like home! Only problem for me was unreliable wi fi signal. Otherwise great!
