Secrets is run by fantastic staff members, they are all so helpful, The restaurants are excellent the pools and bars are well kept and the drinks just keep on coming. I fully recommend Secrets, I will continue Booking my vacations at all the different Secrets Resorts locations.

The resort was beautiful and the service was outstanding. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The room is modern and very clean. One of the best places we have stayed in Puerto Vallarta. The view from the room was amazing. Stayed with my 80plus year old parents and they had a wonderful time.

I received an excellent discounted rate making the stay here extremely good value. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very clean. This hotel is an 5 minute walk from the airport. The marina with good restaurants is another 5 minute walk away. The cost of a taxi to old town is about 120 pesos each way.

I stayed for just one night with my 18 and 20 year old daughters since our cruise ported overnight in PV. So so so glad that we jumped ship and got a little beach time. The property was beautiful, drinks plentiful, food awesome (including fresh OJ and cappuccinos!) , and staff incredibly friendly. We were so sad to leave. I would definitely stay at the resort again, as it is conveniently located (and uber is CHEAP!) and it wasn't a crazy spring break crowd.

First time going my to Mexico and it was better than I imagined. The hotel was beautiful as advertised and we liked both the Infiniti pool by the beach and by the mountain where you can see the spectacular view of the ocean and mountain. We also enjoyed the restaurants and were reasonably priced. We both enjoyed Hiroshi and had amazing food while watching the sunset. The hotel was very quick in getting a taxi and had dinner out of town a few times and enjoyed the culture and food. We enjoyed La Palapa restaurant and the food was amazing too. The staff were really friendly too and I had to say that Jose Miguel at the pool staff went above and beyond for us and made us really welcome and enjoyed our stay. He was friendly and and always check up on us making sure we had enough food and drinks. The cons were only a few. I didn't like the whole pep talk in the beginning cause it was too long and we didn't get the right key to get to our room. Next time we will definitely come back.

A nice enough hotel with a nice beachfront. Staff were all very nice and the food choices are good. A bit too lively if you are looking just to relax. Agoda advertise free wifi in all rooms, but when we got there they say its only in certain parts of the hotel. We stayed on 17th floor which has amazing views over the pacific.

Staff awesome, breakfast great including the views, we stayed it Alejandro which was big comfortable open air with great views. Would stay again in a heartbeat

The staff was very friendly and warm. The style of and location of the hotel is nice. Lots of steps but a nice exercise... the wet steps leading down from the lobby was a concern. The towels could be newer.

If you are like my wife and I and you want to enjoy the almost real Mexican life I say almost because they would still clean the room bring fresh towels and make the bed every day plus ant Martha's would make the breakfasts .From the front and the surrounding areas doesn't look like much but inside very nice decor very clean and very relaxing with the sound of the river right out the back door Mario's the owner is always willing to help and tell you where to visit for lunch or supper there is lots of great restaurants Whiting a 20 min walk

we had a wonderful stay. Cesar the Caretaker was helpful and welcoming and had good local knowledge which he was happy to share. The hotel is a taxi ride from town, but so worth it for the views. Not suitable if you are into the nightlife etc, but taxis are cheap and the views and quiet are worth while. There is a large hotel next door if you don't want to use the kitchen for meals. I would love to return to the Mondavi on our next visit. Clean and spacious and i miss watching the sunsets from the balcony!

This was the second time I stayed at hotel Eloisa. The staff are amazing especially Ramon who remembered me from my last stay and was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious.

We loved the traditional feel to the resort, so even though we had many options we stuck with the Krystal. They went above and beyond on more than one occasion for us which we were very happy about. Any questions that we had, our buddy Abel up front was more than happy to assist with answering or finding an answer for us, and we had many because we were hoping all around town daily. Whenever we go back to town, we will definitely be spending our time with the Krystal, as long as Abel is there to help us out again!

the place it self isnt too bad. just a few bad points... im pretty sure the food there was giving me mild food poisoning, there was little bugs all through the room and bed (like ant kind of things), the elevators never worked and the food selection wasnt amazing. the staff are excellent on the other hand!

Great if you get a room with a tiny balcony. Free drinking water on every floor, great location.

we were staying in puerto vallarta for one night as we made last minutes plans to vist family in manzanillo for christmas but couldnt't get a flight in. the hotel was sufficient for what we needed and was close to the airport and the main bus terminal which is how we were getting to manzanillo. it was also only pesos for el centro where we went for dinner. breakfast was a moot point as it didn't start until 8am and our bus left. the rooms were definitely outdated but for the price and one night is was fine.

I will stay here again nice bright comfortable room. Delightful swimming poll, excellent staff and really good breakfast. What more can you ask for and all this in an interesting and everything you need community!

The staff here are friendly, bit too much of a push initially from the time-share side of things. The rooms are comfortable, the balconies are poorly set up and they need a fan in the bathrooms. Maid service was inconsistent, gardens and outdoor facilities were beautiful and well maintained. Annoying to have wi-fi only in the lobby.

Check in was a bit unconventional as no front desk. Had to call a #, but was welcomed and they were helpful with any questions. Basic accommodations but clean and comfortable.

Great location, two blocks from the malecon, beautifully renovated boutique hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful, everything is spotless! Great place for a single Traveller, or a couple looking for a safe quiet place to stay as you explore Porta Vallarta.

The location is right by the beach. The apartments/rooms are very nice, well equipped, and clean. Unfortunately, we got the only room on the ground floor which does not receive any daylight. All other rooms seemed lighter, and from 2nd floor up with view over the ocean. There is no breakfast on Tuesdays, so don't be surprised when the roof top is closed that morning. Great choice, but do avoid the ground floor.

This is a very well located aparthotel connected to the Hotel Encino where you check in/check out. The first suite we were allocated had 2 bedrooms but the whole apartment was internal with all windows and doors opening onto the corridor and small indoor courtyard. We asked for a suite with an outdoor balcony but the reception staff were unhelpful and initially said they were full and then offered us a one bedroom suite though we had specifically booked here due to the two-bed option. However, on the second night I realised I was covered in clusters of red bites which I had initially put down to mosquitoes but the Head Cleaner came up to offer me some spray, checked me over and said it was bed bugs! They moved us out of the apartment immediately and into the one bedroom which we accepted as it was much nicer and dealt with the bed bug issue - or so we thought.. a couple of days later we were both covered in clusters of red bites again! We then left to fly back to UK but feel disgusted!

Exelent rooms, very clean , evrething you need they have The staff are wonderful , help you In all areas, wonderful people. I will recomend this hotel to all My friend . Not only this , but the price is very, Very reasonable .

Really enjoyed the stay. Staff and other residents were very friendly. Location was on the main bus route but the location was very quiet.

This place was just a OK stay. I'm not a picky customer. This is not really a hotel but a complex with apartments they rent out. A nice guy named Ricardo waited as promised at the front door to hand me the keys and giving me a brief instruction of the apartment. Then he left and I was on my own. For questions I should email him. Room was clean bed was so and so comfortable and the wifi kept dropping or was week but till good enough to stay in touch with people via chat board. Air Condition was very loud so I had to sleep with ear plugs. The second day I kept it running through the evening and then turned it off when I went to bed. Still all over good enough for me. However Check out time is as early as 11am and I realized that I had a problem with that. My flight was leaving at 6pm but because there is no reception at this place I could not drop my luggage anywhere. I wrote Ricardo an email the night before asking if I can check out later but did not hear back from him (till today where I'm already back in my home town, telling me I have to check out at 11am). So here I'm staying at 11am with my luggage on the street not knowing what to do as I could not move around. I basically went right to the airport spending there 5 hours and lost a day of my vacation. If you don't have luggage or an early flight and you are not picky I recommend this place because the location very close to the beach and bars. Otherwise a real hotel would be a better choice.
