"I stayed here twice, the first time before I left for a camping trip and the second time when I came back. The staff kindly let me store my luggage at the hostel for the week that I was away. However, when I first checked in, I found the staff quite unfriendly. When I arrived around 10pm after my train, I saw a staff member & wanted to check in to which he replied that he was not working even though he was counting money at the reception. I had to wait for someone else to come and check me in instead. Another incident was during the second time I stayed after my camping trip. I had been told that checkout was at 12 noon & I was lying in bed at 11 am because I was ill with a fever when a staff member came into the room & told me that the checkout was at 12. I said that I understood & didn't move because most of my things had already been packed. The staff member came in 10mins later and insisted that I leave even though it was not even quarter past 11. After that, I packed and left. "
