very convenient, queit and nice surroundings. bus stops,supper markets and restauants are nearby. although there is public bathrooms and kitchen, they are very clean.

We booked this hotel for 1 night as our flight arrival is late at night and we wanted a place near the airport to rest for the night before moving to another hotel for the rest of the Quebec trip. It’s a short 10min drive from airport and for this price, there’s breakfast and a clean and spacious room.

The receptionist at check in was extraordinary, she was extremely friendly and helpful and very welcoming. A subsequent request was fulfilled immediately. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was tiny but acceptable. The children enjoyed the pool

I found it a perfectly fine budget hotel, but you have to use taxis to the airport and back. There is no shuttle. Unless you're renting a car, you can only get to the old city by bus.

After arriving in Quebec from Montreal where 4 adults were in the smallest room, we were pleasantly surprised to arrive at the Hotel Citadell to find a very big spacious room for us to spread out. Not only a good room but the location was relatively close to the downtown area. Free parking was a bonus and the breakfast was adequate.

Do not hesitate to book this place you will love it, close to everything and if you book in advance ask for the Victoria ´s room, perfect place at second floor with balcony.

The hotel is well located and rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is basic but fine- One needs to pay for the coffee in the room but there is free coffee in the lobby at all times. There is no fridge or micro-waves in the room. Overall a good hotel if all you need is a place to sleep.

I've just came from the hotel . it was incredibly great though the location is a little bit far from downtown , we could enjoy on my trip with the hotel . Actually, the day of trip was sooooo cold but room was sooo warm and comfortable it was better than my expected . Breakfast service is suitable . parking area is also great the most important thing is a worker in the hotel they are so kind and friendly i love them if i'm going to Quebec again I could stay there again !!

Great location for Quebec city - walking distance to old quebec. Hotel is nice and staff are very friendly, however no lifts, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

This hotel is located near the airport, so strategically located for business travellers. Clean, decent sized rooms, and friendly staff. Away from the town and tourist attractions, so i would not recommend it for leisure travellers. Finding Food might be a problem, but there is always delivery. Just ask the friendly staff to help you.

Perfect location!!!! Easy to access every attraction spot. Nice staff but there is no elevator provided.

It was a decent stay, with very helpful staff and owner. We are visiting the spots too fast and have an entire day free and we ask for opinions from the staff and they are nice and easy going. The coffee is superb.

I would not recommend this hotel as my experience was not good. I had forgotten my tooth brush and paste and the reception lady told me that I will be charged 2$ for that. What hotel does that. On top of that the beds where not made properly and I had booked my hotel for 2 days but my keys stopped working after 1 day and the verification was done all over again. Its really expensive for the amount of money you spend.

Hosts are extremely friendly, room is extra-clean, and the breakfast is fantastic. Walking distance from the old Quebec. I used to stay in hotel whenever I visit Quebec City, but I think I will never stay anywhere else than Le 253.

it located near to the bus terminal, just 5mins walk. nice staff that suggested me the best routing to see the quebec city in one day. free wifi service.

Very close to Montmorency fall an Ile d’Orleans. I recommend to any tourist to drive around the island , enjoy farm fields and local productions like strawberries, ice cream or local beer with mapple sirop to restaurant Le Mitan, which has a terase facing Saint Lawrence river and Laurentides Hills. We have been many Timea in Quebec, second time at “N “ hotel. We also gad a chance to see changing guard at 10 am at Quebec Citadelle

This property had a few comments about being tired etc. I have to say we did not find this the case in general. The hallways are painted in a fresh grey and white and look modern. Our room was a bit on the dated side but nothing that bothered us. If is was painted the same as the hallway it would lift the room no end. The bed was very comfortable, there was a desk and chair plus a microwave and fridge. The TV is an older style but we weren't there to watch telly and it would suffice if we did. Staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast is worth paying the extra CAN$1.75 for. You get juice, tea/coffee, cereal and toast plus they had bananas. Basic but perfectly adequate to start the day. If you did want to buy something for a snack or dinner, there is a large supermarket in a building just down the road. It's on the same side as the hotel to the left as you come out, just cross over at the lights and go passed the first building. It is also where you can buy bus tickets to go downtown. The stop is just near the hotel and you want the 807. The cost is CAN$3 per ride. There is free parking at the rear of the hotel. The WiFi is good but you do have to pay for it at CAN$5 per 24 hours. Unfortunately you have to keep logging in each time you return which is a bit of a pain. We had room 301 which was a shared bathroom, however, since booking there had been modifications and the bathroom was for our sole use. It was only a step away and very clean. Plenty of hot water too. All in all, this was a comfortable stay and we would certainly recommend.

The hotel is modern and very clean. T he hotel is some distance from quebec city and a car is needed to travel around. The swimming pool is very small and there is no changing facilities. The gym is also small and has about 5 pieces of equipment as well as floor exercise area.

we have a very good stay at TRYP Quebec hotel PUR. The room is clean and bright, have every thing you needed inside. Only 10 minutes on foot to the old town Quebec. The staffs I'd very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here when visiting Quebec City. Was conveniently located, close to the Old City, Ile d'Orleans and the Charlevoix Region east of Quebec City. Rooms were nice and big, well appointed and had the added luxury of large balconies on which to enjoy the sunset/sunrise.

When we booked our room through Hotel.com they were not clear if our room was one king bed with sofa bed, because our son was 15 years and we mentioned his age there too But the staff at our hotel helped us and moved us to another room with two queens bed for the second and last night of our trip!! On our first night, they try to make our room comfortable as possible which we really appreciate their effort. I recommend this hotel to everyone and we will be back again too!!

Very wise choice to stay at this hotel. It's quite New with morden style. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities are in good condition. Location is convenient for shopping. Like it very much.

Third time we have stayed here and quality is consistent. We asked to store our smoked salmon gift in the staff freezer. No problem! Service with a smile, always. The buffet breakfast included with the large well-appointed room is more than adequate. This hotel is quiet and only 3 km from the Jean Lesage airport of Quebec City.

It was all over excellent. Comfort, Good food, Good amont of food, Variaty, Cledaliness of room, Bed excellent, Bathroom very cleddan. dNo bad word to say dabout the place.
