Best hotels & accommodations in Roanoke (VA)

The room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and will most likely stay here again next year when I come to the Extraordinary Women's Event.

I have been a long time visitor of the hotel, but have seen a steady decline in quality of services. I hate to see the staffing quality decline so much over the past few years. The bathroom trash was overflowing all during the conference and not kept in a clean manner as before. From the valet parking to the service staff, the quality of staff has really been subs...

I stayed for four days and it was a good stay. I would stay there again. Pros: Location; affordable; pillows were small but comfortable Cons: The walls are thin (can hear people talking in nearby rooms, dogs barking, and people walking around in floor above); Bed was hard

Have stayed here before for the cost of the room, but this time, it was the worst experience ever. The elevator to the 3rd floor smelled like urine, the door to go on the hallway to the room opened wildly almost breaking the glass window of one of the rooms. The toilet did not flush and the refrigerator did not work. It's better to pay the extra money to stay in anot...

Very convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway. And with a steakhouse right next door, we didn't have to get back on our motorcycles to find dinner. When we got to our room, the air conditioner was making a horrible racket. I went down to the desk, and as soon as I explained, the clerk immediately offered to give us a different room. Good service.

The rooms are large, brightly decorated, and well appointed with useful sitting, storage, and working areas. Full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher along with cooking and eating utensils are provided. I liked the stand up shower with shampoo and shower gel dispensers on the wall instead of the traditional tub and small bottles of shampoo and bars of soap. Very clea...

The desk clerks were nice. The rest of this place is a disaster. Bad bed, bad towels, no hair dryer, shampoo, etc. not even a clock. Then I found out from locals that the place is/was a favorite drug location and there have been killings. Stay away.

The 2nd room we got had hair on the sheets and pillows. We brought our own pillows and it was late and we didn’t want to change again. We were gone all the next day and when we returned the room was as we left it. No clean up. This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed here for a Volleyball tournament and my daughter says she won’t stay here again.
