"It was a lovely hotel to stay in and had everything we needed as well as a coffee shop and Mcdonalds right next door. A friend and I were there for only two nights so we could spend a day at Six Flags Magic Mountain. The food from the restaurant was beautiful and the wait staff was fantastic, however, there were two female receptionists who let down the experience. They seemed very confused as to the running of the hotel's theme park shuttle. One said it was running so we waited outside and it never came. The other receptionist said the shuttle wasn't running that day and luckily we got a ride with a stranger. Then at the end of the theme park day, while waiting for our uber to arrive, the hotel shuttle drove past us so it obviously was running. We were not impressed with the lack of organization in regards to the shuttle or the staffs' knowledge of its schedule, however, it was a lovely hotel to stay at overall. "
