"I stayed for four nights and enjoyed most of my stay. There was never enough hot water between the hours of 7.30 am - 11 am. On a rainy cold morning in Seattle, this is bad news and made for uncomfortable mornings. "

Green Tortoise Hostel Seattle
Pike Market District,Seattle (WA) - View on map
"I was in a different hostels, but that one is the worst. No towels, stuff are rude (except one guy in a glasses and girl). Second floor of bad is two meters up, and it is really uncomfortable to go up with a small ladder. Everything is old, big holes in the sofa, Wi-Fi working only time to time. No opportunity to close the window. (!) Every bad has a loud fen, and light. That is good, but there is big hole between shadow and roof. And if somebody under you bad decide to turn on this old fen, you'll feel vibration with your whole body. Definitely not recommend hostel. This city just do not have a normal hostels. Location is good, hostel has "cook it by yourself" breakfast. But it do not worth this. "

"Stayed two nights on a first time visit to Seattle. The location was perfect, easy access to everything we wanted to see. The room was old, small and dated but it was sufficient for our needs. We didn’t use the pool. Breakfast was great. "

The Paramount Hotel

"Best customer service ever. Ryan was so much helpful during our stay. He is the man when you need anything. Every time we entered the lobby the receptionists were smiling and very welcoming. Everyone is wearing masks and I saw them sanitizing the elevator several times. The room is big and spacious. The bed is comfy. The location was the best. Close to most attractions. We used lyft most of the times because our trip was short and we wanted to cover so many places. Everything was perfect. Just book it don't hesitate."

Crowne Plaza Seattle
Central Business District,Seattle (WA) - View on map
"My family & I were in Seattle attending a concert. Stayed at Crowne Plaza Seattle for 1 night. Very clean room - 2 queen beds. Very quiet room - we were only 2 doors away from the elevator bay. Friendly staff. Only downfall is the parking - their breeze way is right off a freeway exit - very difficult to get parked so we had to loop around the block and come back and luckily we got a spot for the valet parking."

Red Roof Inn Seattle Airport - SEATAC
SeaTac Int. Airport,Seattle (WA) - View on map
"Only because of the favorable reviews at did I risk an overnight here following a long transpacific haul from Thailand to Seattle via Seoul. Frankly, I wasn't expecting much more than a reasonably clean room and a moderately comfortable bed. In fact, what I got was a spacious accommodation with all the amenities previous reviewers have described. The heater/air conditioner was the quietest window unit I have ever encountered in a motel. I am a light sleeper, but during the night I never heard a sound--either from next door or in the heavily carpeted corridor outside. I mention one caveat. A nearby hotel provides shuttle service for the Red Roof as well--something not well advertised. Accordingly, if you are looking for a Red Roof van, you might very well miss your ride! It wouldn't occur to most travelers that two different hotels would double up on the transportation. Worse, at the shuttle station is a bank of phones enabling a traveler to call for pick-up. The Red Roof line never responded to my several calls, and their voice mailbox was full. No way to leave a message... Upon checking in at the Red Roof, I voiced a complaint to the desk clerk. He explained that the number I tried to reach at the airport went directly to the other hotel driver rather than to the front desk of the Red Roof. Apparently the driver preferred not to answer calls for the Red Roof and hadn't bothered to attend/clear his voice mailbox. Whatever the circumstances, a weary traveler finds himself stranded in a multi-level parking garage with no way to get in touch with a hotel that uses somewhat disguised transport. Moreover, if he is arriving from abroad, he probably carries a mobile phone that doesn't work in the U.S. This level of miscommunication is disconcerting if not upsetting--and needs command attention... Belltown Inn
Belltown,Seattle (WA) - View on map
"9/13/19 Arriving at SeaTac Int'l, this was an overnight stay before embarking on a cruise the next afternoon. Fast and efficient check-in by the extremely helpful reception clerk. It was a bustling little hotel where we were assigned a great room overlooking the dog park across the street. The room was clean and modern with all expected amenities and everything in pristine and working order. Open-air roof-top lounge offered a fun place to kick back and enjoy the beautiful lights of downtown Seattle skyline. Lots of great dining options, easy walk to everywhere including eateries and neighborhood grocery stores, Pike Market, downtown business district and harbor. We'll be back to Belltown Inn for a longer stay to enjoy more of Seattle and surrounding areas."

More about Seattle (WA)

To anyone who has ever seen it and walked around its streets, it’s easy to see why the Emerald City is believed to be one of the most beautiful in the Pacific Northwest. Seattle is a city that seems to have been made for photographs, framed by the Cascade and Olympic Mountains on opposite sides while Mount Rainier sits just behind the Sound and overlooks the city’s skyline. Seattle is served by Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, a very large and busy international hub located about a half hour’s drive from the city center.

The neighborhoods of Seattle all have their own personalities, and because the public transportation system links the city efficiently, one can see everything this city has to offer regardless of which neighborhood their hotel happens to be located. As museums go, Seattle is home to some of the most impressive and unique institutions. While the Seattle Art Museum brings in world-class art to the city on a regular basis, the unique architecture of the Experience Music Project is reason alone to check it out.

Of course, no visit to Seattle would be complete without a walk around Pike Place Market. This historic marketplace is located right in the heart of Downtown Seattle, and is one of the busiest and exciting markets in the country. Make a day of it, and plan to get lost in the markets many hidden alleys and unmarked bars and restaurants. Lake Union, and the area surrounding it, serve as a kind of suburban oasis right in the middle of downtown, perfectly framing the city while the park overlooking the lake provides a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The beauty of Seattle is found in the city’s personality, a place that has stood the test of time to now provide a stunning mix or historic buildings with a fresh, optimistic future. Explore the interactive map on this page and get to know what else Seattle has to offer.
