"We normally stay at Margaritaville due to room size and the "newness" of the facility...BUT it's been a couple of years since we have had the opportunity to play in Shreveport. Upon checking the costs for the other facility, I was surprised that they are priced WAY over their competition, and that's money I can spend having fun. Sam's Town was just across the river at 1/2 the cost, so why not give it a try. So glad we did! With the exception of a couple of items that need to be addressed, this place is a bargain! Large room AND bathroom which is nice. Typical contemporary decor which is always relaxing. They need to spend a bit of time cleaning the windows on the inside, hit the shower tile with some bleach and use a crevice tool when vacuuming. But none of it was bad,it just needs some specific attention. If their prices remain this competitive, it will be our go to place when we need a fun weekend roadtrip."

"First time at Eldorado everything from the staff to the cleanest of the room beds super comfortable exceeded my expectations. The Seafood buffet was outstanding. Gaming options were great. I played blackjack at a video console dealing live hands to multi players so much better than a traditional table. My only concern I didn't have more time to stay longer. Best Casino resort in Shreveport period."
