Had an early morning flight with two young kids; Ramada was superb. Swimming with the water slide wore them out for an early bedtime, breakfasts to go supplied by the hotel and reliable wake up calls and helpful hotel staff ensured we all got on the flight rested and without any mishaps. Would definitely stay again. Facilities were just what we needed, only wish there ...

Within easy walking distance of River Park Square, Riverfront Park, and the Spokane Arena. The hotel and room was nice and very clean. Was unimpressed when the front desk attendant ignored me as I walked up to check-in and started a conversation about the previous guests with another employee. The bar in the hotel was great. The major downside was the noise in the room...

I booked this hotel site unseen and was extremely pleased with my decision. The price was wonderful and the staff pleasant and very accommodating. I felt comfortable and it was close to my venue. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Spokane and will definitely book it again if I ever visit the Spokane area in the future.

Excellent location, very clean, breakfast choices were excellent, staff was helpful, and I liked having Denny's across the parking lot and subway around the corner. My only problem, was that I had to ask for regular coffee packets each day as they were not left for me in the room.

This hotel has potential to be excellent but it failed when I visited and I am cancelling a future stay because of it. The hotel was clean but when i walked in the reception person was doing something on her cell phone and I had to *ahem to get her attention. I am a business traveler and I have very few needs but one major one is WiFi. They have it... I had the passph...

It was great, we did not arrive until late and we were checked right in and it was easy we were very tired, we slept good and the room was clean. I had stayed at the previous Econo Lodge in downtown spokane, this one was a bit out of the way unless you were going to the airport in the morning (then it is perfect), but it was perfect and felt more safe then by downtown ...

I was looking for a last minute hotel in Spokane and, after staying in a few of the other boutique hotels in the past, I thought that I would give the Ruby a try. Excellent location to everything I do in Spokane - bars, music, shops and restaurants. The room was very clean, welcoming and comfortable to be in. I will definitely recommend the Ruby and stay here again

Room is ok, they don't have toothbrush and toothpaste (none even disposable one). The receptionist are not friendly and professional, keep rubbing his armpit while talking to me. I book this hotel when I came to Spokane for an interview, I left the special note on here that I would like to check in soon, they did not get back to me any information about that. I book a ...

Needed a place to sleep overnight after arriving at the Spokane airport. Clean room, friendly staff. Appears to be recently updated. Comfortable bed. Reasonably priced Only negative was the train tracks that are just outside the place. Would stay there again

Staff and breakfast excellent. Motel is being renovated and some rooms are freshly painted etc. but the bathrooms are still the old small room with no counter Space, Would also recommend they add a mirror in the main room. The only mirror is the small one over the sink. The only restaurant near by is Mexican. Because of the location we probably woulldn’t go bac...

It is a nice property; and does have good service. But the add extra charges to your bill daily. It's called a destination charge ($10.11). Basically it's a charge to use the pool, fitness center (which is poorly equipped), transportation to the mall (which is only 2 blocks away) and Wi-Fi. If you ask them to remove the $10.11 charge; they threaten you with a $15.00 WI...

Great looking pool but too cold to swim. Tasty breakfast with a good variety of foods. Loved the waffles. Very spacious room with microwave and frig. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and maids. I would stay here again. Great price for the quality. I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Convenient location near airport and freeway. Not far to downtown. Not much in the area for restaurants, shopping, etc., but easy access if you have a car. Staff was friendly and helpful, gave good info on things to do and see while in Spokane. Room was clean and quiet, in spite of the nearby airport. Would stay here again.

We watched the cops 3 separate times go to the 7 Eleven that was across from our window and even watched an arrest being made, so the entertainment was good lmao. Not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Bathroom did not have a vent. The room felt dark and dingy. They didn’t have coffee down in the breakfast area and they only provided one caffeinated coffee po...

There was not enough parking, and the option of parking underneath was not a consideration. The area has a significant homeless population. When I checked out at 3:30 AM there were several young folks in and out of the lobby, a bit unnerving. Because of the heavy traffic on 3rd ave, the noise level was concerning, could not open the sliding door and be comfortable,...
