"We chose this hotel so we could fly from Luton early the next morning. It was not as close as I thought, but it was only 30 minutes from Luton if that. The staff were more than helpful when agoda hadn't made the payment that they had taken from my credit card. They told me they would sort it out themselves and that I was allowed to go to my room. My only bad point would be about the town rather than the hotel. There isn't a great deal to do in stevenage, the bars were empty and no one seemed to do much there. "
