Excellent staffs services, the hotel staffs ran towards our taxi across the small road when he saw us alighted... Room n toilet were clean, bathroom with bath tub... Very good location, walking distance to Fengjia Night Market... Bfst was yummy too... quite alot of choices... aircon was faulty on the first night following by dripping of water... informed the hotel staffs the following morning and was settled before we went back to our room in the afternoon... I would love to stay this hotel again when I go Taichung again...

I must say it's one of the best hotel in TaiChung I have ever stayed. Actually, it's the third time I went to TaiChung, but this is the first time to came with my family members. I did lots of preparation job before I chose it and I found out 53 hotel have so many good comments, that's why I decide to have a try. I can swear, you won't regret if you stay in here and you must enjoy it very much.

I can’t begin to express how amazing this hotel is. Literally everything is perfect and even the small things like the shower pressure was strong, beds are firm, toilets are super clean and modern, THE BREAKFAST WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING my parents and us LOVED IT and the carpark is super close by (few seconds walk) and the location is walking distance to bubble tea and night market and amazing restaurants for dinner. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. Legit best hotel in Taichung, seriously, and super value for money. We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights for an average price of S$133 per room per night thanks to Agoda discounts. Absolutely happy and can’t thank this place enough! Ideal for families with elderly and adult children and teenagers. Not much places for young children and babies to play but that’s ok for us for now. Thank you once again!!!

It was a very enjoyable stay at the Park City Hotel Central Taichung. The Hotel rooms were clean, modern, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The toilet was very clean but it would be better if it has a shower room instead of a bathtub. The walls were soundproof too. The Breakfast provided by the hotel were great with a good variety of food, a very awesome start to our day. Though the hotel is centrally located in central Taichung, it is still a 10 mins walk to Taichung Railway station. For popular places like Fengjia night market, one must take a taxi there. However, as taxi were relatively cheap in Taichung, we do not mind the distance. It should cost less than TWD250 from Park City Hotel to Fengjia night market, at around TWD210 even for night charges. The hotel bellboy would be able to book a taxi easily for you. Special mention here to a very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff by the name of Leo. Upon reaching the hotel, after helping us to deposit our lugggages, Leo came back and chat with us on where we intend to visit during our stay in Taichung. When he realized that one of the places that we intend to go to were too far and would be very expensive if we took a cab, he advised us on the economical way to travel there. Next, he asked us if we would like to have our lunch at the hotel as it was already 2pm. When we mentioned that we wanted to visit the Mode Mall near the hotel for lunch, Leo quickly helped us book 3 taxi there (we were travelling in a big group) and even recommend us to go to the food street at Basement for lunch. As my aunty was having walking difficulties, Leo suggest we rent a wheelchair from the Hotel and went to prepare the ramp for us. Throughout our stay in Park City Hotel, Leo had helped us in so many ways, always going the extra miles for the customers. It is such attentive staff like Leo that make our stay enjoyable. I booked this hotel because it is a hot spring one in urban area in taichung. Staff are nice and helpful. Facilities are value for the money. The scenery of our room is great. Breakfast is normal with quite a lot of choices. The hotel is located at the hilltop, which is not quite convenient. You will expect to take taxi whenever you want to go out. (bus 99 is not frequent, only once every hour)

It was a pleasant surprise for us to check-in to Aeris International Hotel at Taichung with our 2 young kids. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from HSR Station. The hotel has a classy ambience. I arrived 3 hours earlier than the check-in time, but the Concierge was so kind to arrange check-in for us 2 hours before time. That was such a relief for us to rest briefly before attending a friend's wedding. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. If you want to eat out, you need to walk about 5-10 minute away. There are plenty of shops to choose. If you like dessert, you should try 樂群冷凍芋, we tried their mango dessert with milk, it was so heavenly! Breakfast comes with preset sets or buffet. We had to leave very early the next morning, the Concierge was so kind to help us to pack our breakfast ready before we check-out. Thanks for your memorable hospitality, will definitely come back when are in Taichung!

According to our cab driver, this is the newest hotel in Taichung feng Jia area. The staffs were friendly and nice (except for those working in the cafeteria, no smile!). Room was clean and well maintained (since its a new hotel). Breakfast served was simple but good. Hotel was a few mins walk away to feng Jia night market, along the way there are many eateries to have your meals, location was pretty central. Once again thumbs up for Hotel 7 for their great service! Jiayou!

We would like thank the ever willing and helpful staff at the Twinstar Hotel in Taichung especially Mr. Ting Ju Ching, who took the extra effort to help us retrieve our handphone left behind in the train .With all the patience in the world, he spent more than 20 minutes on the phone to contact the train service from Chaiyi to Taichung. Within 45 minutes he confirmed our phone was found in Taicpei, and will be sent back to Taichung Railway Station the following morning. Our phone was sent back to the train station the next morning from Taipei to Taichung where we were staying overnight at the Twinstar Hotel. We are very grateful to Mr. Ting for, making our Taiwan trip a successful and a Happy one!!! My son left behind an expensive camera on ETS train from Ipoh to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. When we called back Immediately. Straight away the answer is NO. If only the People in Malaysia can learn to be as honest as people in Taiwan. Once again , Thank you very much Mr. Ting.

Although it was just a night stay with Splendor Hotel, it was a great experience. One of the 5 stars hotel in Taichung and reasonable pricing. The room was huge with 2 queen beds and a sofa set. Wifi initial was poor, but with the receiver kind of thing being fixed up in the room, the wifi speed was good. Breakfast was good with a variety of wide spreading to choose from. Location was good as it was just opposite Sogo mall. Overall, I had a good experience with Splendor Hotel.

This was the nicest of all of the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Taiwan. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The rooms were big and very clean. Room had a safe which was nice too. They would also hold your bags if you were staying in the city after or before checkout which was nice. We also used the washer and dryers. They were great! It was super helpful to have that. I loved this hotel. It is also in a great location in taichung. Close to many bus routes and a great mall next door. Tons of restaurants nearby or a close taxi ride. Highly recommend this hotel!

In my last visit to Taiwan I decided to drive to Taichung with my family for a short visit. Lacking of the Taichung hotel knowledge, I decide to go for Eva Airline's representative hotel- Eva Laurel, and it turned out to be perfect for my journey. It is located in the center where I wanted to visit in Taichung. And best of all, it provided a simple tourism map as the breakfast plate mat. Following the map,in our short visit we enjoyed Taichung's landmark, spectacular night market and all sorts of local food.

I traveled to Taichung with my band to play a show and we picked this hotel because it was close to our performance venue and had zero expectations for the location. To our surprise, we found a great yakitori restaurant, lots of quaint coffee shops and food outlets in beautifully renovated houses.

Everything was great for this hotel, from the room to breakfast. Room and toilet were exceptionally huge and very clean! The facilities provided was amazing even though I did not use them all. Very clean and breakfast was great. Just that it wasn't near any station so travelling in Taichung might be a hassle as we have to keep taking cabs. Overall I'm really happy with this hotel and it is the best I've stayed so far while I was in Taiwan! (other than the staff seems a little unfriendly)

the hotel is located in the taichung city so it is convenient for ppl going out... there is convenient store opened 24 hours next door... lobby is bright and clean, service is excellent, you dont need to worry anything, they will fix if have any problem... the room is simple but big enough to stay and there is a balcony in the toilet even though cannot be opened but view is good and makes you feel fresh... the choice of breakfast is not much but food is delicious and fresh, already good enough... definitely will choose it again if going again in the future

It was brilliant! The best hotel and value by far in all the hotels I have stayed in any part of the world. I can highly recemmond it to couples on honeymoon or the tired business man. The extras provided I.e panel button controlled edit all the electrics. Ceiling doe jets, complementary minibar with snacks. A huge bed with luxury bedding and soft pillows. Very spacious room with ensuite bathroom. A huge double sized square bath with jaccuzie. With a large 2nd flat screen TV . Separate shower and electronic toilet seat. Great value and the hotel is totally underrated as a 3 star. In my opinion it should be 5 Star. From Dubai

Location is good as it is quite centralised and it is really clean. The brekfast was quite great too. I actually left one of my stuffs in the room after checked out and only realised it when i was on the HSR to Taipei. I called them and they immediately offered to mail it back to my Taipei's hotel. I received it right the next day! The staffs' service is definitely worth to praise it for. I will definitely stay here again if were to visit Taichung again. Once again, thank you so much Mini Hotels!

Each stay, I’d request a different room to my favor. That is because for each floor of this boutique hotel, a well reputable interior designer was commissioned to partake on the design. Each room has it own unique design. For this stay, I arrived late and the friendly staff upgraded me into one of the room to my favor! Thrilled! (To the staff: Thanks guys!) So, I’d definitely recommend Boda to anyone who’s traveling to Taichung. Expect seeing me there again!

I stayed in 7 hotels for 4 weeks across HK, Macau, Taipei and Taichung in this trip. 5 nights were with Tempus and I had nothing to complain. There are great 5-star facilities not so available in other hotels in Taichung. WIll definitely check in again in my next trip to Taichung.

Good accomodation & location near taichung station, very courteous and friendly staffs, breakfast are delicious! We have cancelled our booking 1 day prior to our 2nd day of accomodation because my mom got sick, so Agoda charged 50 % cancellation fee, then we have decided to reinstate it again because my mom got better, and they really helped us very well. Agoda and the hotel staffs allowed us to reinstate our 2nd booking and only refunded the cancellation fee again to them without no additional charges. Will recommend this place and good job for the staffs of the hotel and Agoda for helping us and making our stay in taichung, taiwan hassle-free. :)

location is perfect. Walking distance from the TRA and the intercity bus terminals. Bus stops going to different attractions in taichung like Fengjia and yizhong market are also walking distance from the hotel (one literally in front of the hotel). check-in and check out is a breeze since it is automated (first time I've tried it). Staff are friendly, can speak good English and always ready to assist you. room is small but enough for us. it is also very clean with complete toiletries. buffet breakfast is adequate for its price. some dishes are actually delicious. Overall, this is really a great hotel in taichung with value for money. will stay again here in our next visit to taichung. Thanks Chance.

this hotel is located at the cbd. has a nice short walk to taichung park. very new hotel and facilities. room is very big and have a nice size jaccuzzi all to ourselves. had a fantastic 3 night stay. about 10 mins walk to the taichung tra to travel out. its located along the the main road of shops selling suncakes. 10 to 15 mins walk to yizhong market and miyahara

My family were pleasantly surprised with the hotel I've booked. The room is a good size for 4 of us. Nice deco and staffs are very friendly & helpful. My daughter forgot her stuff toy after we checked out. We only found out the night after we left Taichung. Called up the hotel & they managed to arrange for the toy tone sent to our hotel in Taipei. Thanks! Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for value-for-money hotel. Exceeded our expectation!

The room was so clean, nice and big. The toilet could fit a single bed inside - that was how big the empty space in the toilet is. This is weird but I loved the toilet. Breakfast was alright - same food everyday but we enjoyed it still. Their service was really good - the doorman (doorwoman? doorlady?) were awesome. The first one was a lady and she was so helpful, bringing us up first then bringing the luggages up herself. Location was good, just beside Fengyuan TRA, but Fengyuan itself is kinda at the sides of Taichung already so it takes more time to travel to the attractions in Taichung.

Hotel Reve Taichung - staff friendly and helpful. We book this hotel, cause it was listed as one of Halal Friendly Hotel But it has no certification. During breakfast, we told the staff that we are Muslim and need halal food. They told us that they will prepare for us as we forget to info when we check in. Overall, hotel is big and convenient as opposite there is supermarket and there is also laundry room available.

Excellent location where is less 5 mins walk to Fengchia Night Market and many other eateries nearby. New hotel and very clean, plus necessary toiletries are provided. The Receptionists were all very friendly, helpful and served with a smile. They provided us free upgrade for our bedroom. It was the best hotel we stayed during our Taiwan trip. Very good value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting to Taichung.

great location. just at right side after u get out from taichung railway station. around hotel area, u can get alot of bus service provider which can bring u to any area near taichung. hotel is newly renovated. really worth for money. clean room and good fascility. if u planing to stay long here, can consider to bring lesser clothes cause u can watch ur clothes at the b1 of hotel. free wifi also. furthermore, breakfast is provided also. really worth for money.

Pros: -Room was very spacious and clean. Sofas and mattress were super comfortable. -excellent location. Lots of places to see within walking distance. Several convenience stores are nearby. Cons: -it's a weird design that the only sink is placed in the living room, not beside the toilet. So if you wish to wash your hands after doing your business you need to walk over the the living room or wash your hands in the shower. Oh and there's no hook/rack to hang up drying towels near the sink. -Parking is at a nearby commercial building's basement and hotel guests are only allowed to park at floor B4- B6 which is annoying given there were a lot of empty spots on the upper floors. Parking fee is TWD 200/ day but only until 12 noon the next day which is the same as check out time. -Skip the breakfast, unless you're only looking to grab something to eat quickly.
