Best hotels & accommodations in Topeka (KS)

Room was clean, with a nice and comfy bed. Hot breakfast, friendly and attentive table service. Overall hotel is very nice, although a bit dated. This hotel is obviously well maintained and the front desk staff was wonderful. You really can’t get much better for the price in Topeka. Highly recommend.

This hotel was beautiful and such a great price. We were really surprised by how nice it was. Stayed here for 1 night while doing a cross-country move and it was perfect. We had a few hours to explore Topeka and got some advice from the hotel staff on where to explore in the city. It's right next to the convention center and about a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Topeka...

One reason I like to stay at chain hotels is because there is an expected level of cleanliness and re taken. This was not the case in Topeka. We were given a room at the furthest end of the hotel when the hotel was not full. There was patch work over part of the wallpaper and their was peeling paint as well. The bedspread was stained but luckily the sheets appeared...

I was a solo traveler returning home after a funeral in IL. I injured my knee before I left on my trip four days earlier and since three of those four days had been spent sitting most the day in a car. I was fairly close to being a cripple. I checked in and first thing I did was elevated my leg. I was going to watch TV for a while, but I couldn't get the TV to work. I ...

Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was decent. Pool was warm, sad the sauna was... well I am not sure... there was no door handle, or note to indicate an issue. WiFi wouldn't work at all, however the staff did provide an Ethernet cable so that I could still use my laptop. No major concerns or complaints. Would consider for another stay.

We spent two nights and found the room to be very comfortable. The location is great being a little away from traffic, so more quiet. The breakfast buffet had everything ! attractively served . The hostess was efficient in refilling dishes, and kept the tables clean....all done with a smile!

I had never stayed at this property before, but I was traveling to Topeka for a 4-day dog show and needed to find a cheap location close to the Expo Center that accepted pets. Econo Lodge definitely met those needs, and I will most likely be returning to this property next year during show time. Pros: * Room was clean and nice, if a bit old and worn (some of the furni...

The first clerk I met was incredibly rude and condescending. The second one was female and she was very nice. When I got in the room the desk had stuff on it and the rolling chair had dried white flakes of some kind on it... other than that... it was okay. Bed was pretty comfy.

Although listed as a smoke free hotel and there was a sign in the room that said the facility was “100% smoke free” - our room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were roaches in the bathroom. As far as I could tell there wasn’t an elevator. There may have been one but it wasn’t anywhere near our room, we were on the second floor and the front desk gentleman told us to ta...
