"We had no hot water in our room morning or night. I told the staff and he just said he would let the maintenance guys know. Also, the elevator would not come to our floor while trying to get luggage down stairs. After a very long time I had to carry my luggage downstairs in loads. When I told the staff he just said "well, it's working now.""
