When we passed the roads , town areas were much congetion , but it clears soon , must avoid between 5-6pm travelling by car on the main road , There are some beautiful temples around , they have a valuble history to see , as duch , portugesse , left memories around , also Victorian architecture .

Just a few shops for the tourists and a supermarket further on. Cheaper souvenirs than the beach sellers.

Ideal for weekend getaways as it is close to Colombo, but there are far better places further South.
