"Not too difficult to find with own private car park (pay). Location on main road in/out of city & very close to Bus & Train station (easy walk with wheelie suitcase). Staff very friendly & helpful throughout our stay. Rooms a good size for Campanile - room clean & bedding very good. We had carpark view & window open - could be noisy main road side during rush hour. Hotel is about 10/15 minute walk to city centre - although large commercial centre just a stroll away at bus station. Although we did not eat in hotel the Restaurant looked good. Great value for money - would & will stay again"

"We sent an e-mail explaining that we would be arriving after midnight and also enquired about the towels. They told us that "towels were included in the price". Upon arrival, a quite unfriendly young man at the reception (named Mateusz) told us that they didn't have any clean towels and that we would have some at 6am the next morning. We were tired, so we thought never mind, let's go to bed. Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep as the hotel is located right above a VERY LOUD live music bar, which hosted a concert until 5am. What's more, the next morning no towels were available until after 10am. When we got them, they told us we had to pay a deposit for the towels, which we didn't know - we didn't have any zlotys with us. A catastrophic experience. We couldn't sleep any of the nights, and we stayed there DURING THE WEEK, not on a weekend. At least, if the staff had been friendly, but as said, the guy at the reception DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE for having told us that "towels were included" and having no towels available. He even told us: "you can complain as long as you want, I HAVE NO TOWELS". Never again. There are plenty of other hostels with nice staff, towels, and far from live music bars. "

"I booked a room at a very reasonable price, which included breakfast. It is about 7min walk from Wroclaw train station. But my room did not have a refrigerator nor air-conditioning system. It was okay for me since it was not a hot summer and I only stayed one night. But if you are to stay in summer, you better check this. "

"Great area to be in and really close to all the nice bus. It's a good price but not so good is a very basic kitchen, you wash up in the toilets. The beds were comfortable but so noisy the 2nd night we put the mattress on the floor which was so much better"
