First, one must know that Albanians have very little experience on western style hotel management because the country was closed to the world. These people were trying to do their best but that was not enough. The hotel has running cold and warm water, what some other hotels in Albania might not have. Some rooms have their own air conditioner but some other rooms like ours had central air conditioning which was often turned off, I was told that the reason for this were the other guests who were complaining of having cold while my children were suffering from heat. The pool had its water circulating but there were a lot of dead insects lying on the water. Hotel has its own private beach a couple of meters away, which is relatively small but good and according to locals the water there is clean but a friend of mine had some doubts that sewage from hotel was poured to the sea just on the side of the beach. Hotel manager was very friendly and some of the stuff too. The furniture was old and damaged and the prices were high during high season. As a conclusion; this hotel does not deserve 4 stars, but it is one of the best hotels in town of Vlora.

Very nice and clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood with a pebble stone beach. Great view to Corfu, crystal clear sea water. Within walking distance from the city center.

we stayed in many hotels in albania this year and the airport hotel tirana was by far the best. this is no exaggeration. the staff was courteous, smiling, and totally professional. the room was perfectly clean and quiet with every accessory you could ask for. the cooking was fabulous. i probably sound like i'm in the employ of the hotel but i'm not. after the carelessness, dirtiness and poor conditions of some other hotels during our summer vacation, airport hotel tirana came through with flying colors and made us want to come back.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Tirana. Parking is available in a small lot next to the hotel. (They will move cars if yours gets blocked in.) The beds were on the softer side but still softly firm. Good quality. Great shower. The breakfast was good, aside from the slightly dreary basement dining room. The worst part was payment. I booked on Agoda and paid for the reservation in advance. The hotel, everyday, said that they didn't get my payment and they were having problems with Agoda. This was not my problem. On the day we were leaving, the issue was so not settled. I spent nearly an hour in the lobby and on the phone with Agoda rectifying the situation. (The hotel couldn't accept card payment from Agoda in euro, only lek -- again, not my problem.) It left us leaving the hotel on a low. I would recommend Hotl Senator, but would problem book otherwise until Agoda and the hotel sort their issues out.

The hotel was clean and nice and was great. The location was not the best as it was quite a distance from the city center.

A little walk to the city center , but it has a nice outdoor pool. Would recomend this hotel to everyone staying in Tirana 😊

I spent one night at the hotel as I had an early morning flight out of Tirana. I was very impressed by the front desk staff - they were friendly, helpful and quick. The hotel seems to be brand new with amazingly comfortable rooms and very elegant decor. Would definitely recommend staying.

It's a new hotel, very neat and clean, very lovely location, very close to the Opera, national historic museum and skanderbeg square. Many restaurants and food shops are at a stone throw distance from the hotel. The new bus station of Tirana is just 8/10 minutes drive from the hotel. This hotel manager cum CEO has given us a fantastic services to us. They provided us free pick up and drop off from/to the bus station. They have served us a fantastic breakfast in the roof top restaurant. We are really pleased and surprised and overwhelmed with pleasure when the gentleman served us a nice plate with our Bangladeshi food. We are amazed at his great job. We enjoyed the food and breakfast with great taste and savour. We wish to come again in this lovely hotel and be their guest in near future.

Good stay but tthe breakfast needs a serious upgrade for a hotel of this price and quality. Get rid of the rid cheap plastic wrapped 'kiddie' cheeses and the terrible tepid instant coffee, PLEASE! Add a few items to show off excellent local prduce eg fresh fruit, decent local cheese, better quality deli meats. Easy! Visitors do love breakfast; this was the only area where I felt the hotel failed badly.

The hotel is quite nice, but it's about a 30-40 minute walk from the center of town. The WiFi works well, and the design is unusual. The bed was quite squeaky but ok. The air conditioning didn't get really cold.

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready because a ‘VIP’ was doing a late checkout but we were contacted in advance to notify us and they kindly gave us another room in to rest and change and use the pool. The room was great and had everything we needed. A little light in the mornings. There was a very friendly dog who we named Albanski. The restaurant was excellent, highly recommend the fish soup in particular. The waiters were all very good and the grounds very well kept, beautiful gardens. The car parking was really good. We don’t have kids but this would be a great place to take them with a kids pool as well as an adults pool and play areas and lots of space and seemed very safe. We rented bikes in town and cycled up to the lake but I think Buna should rent our bikes in future. Thanks all for a great stay, made our first two days in Albania wonderful. The food was amazing, the hotel was beautiful and the view from the room was absolutely stunning. The only issue might be that it is a climb up to the hotel if you have no car. A trip up to the hotel costs about 5 euros by taxi.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located near the city center and the castle. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, but the breakfast could have had more variety of choice.

Newly constructed building with attractively designed modern rooms. Excellent large breakfast. Friendly and accomodating staff. Close to all key places in Berat.

Beautiful beach and wonderful, large, very clean rooms. Stayed here twice, in the residence and then the hotel. The standout was the service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always easy to find and we’re happy to go out of their way to accomodate us. Even helped me after we had left as I left some important items in the room. Will be returning next summer for sure and cannot recommend this hotel enough. 10/10

The hotel is located at a very central location yet we found it hardly. The rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was very nice. It is a good choice.

The hotel's location is quite good since within easy walking distance of Skanderberg Square, but the hotel is very small to where it seems almost claustrophobic. In terms of the room, it was clean, but since it is located in a busy area, you hear a lot of outside noise even with the windows closed. In addition, the internet connection was spotty and would routinely go in and out. The staff was friendly, but only a couple of them spoke good English. Overall, it's an alright hotel but nothing special.

Fabulous facilities close to the city, everything you could need with a large gym, fab restaurant and decent rooms.

This is an outstanding hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful building, comfortable and well furnished rooms, great location and value for money. Eating a meal on the terrace with views of Berat and the surrounding mountains is an experience not to be missed.

This hotel was one of the best we have stayed in. After a long trip it was just what was needed. The staff were excellent, they helped us organise the next part of our trip - the staff all spoke some English . The food in the restaurant was also excellent - and great value. The room was very good, every worked as it should. The beds were lovely. Everything was exceptionally clean.

Front desk staff was great. Lobby was beautiful. The room was a bit old, not the best bed, a little musty. But a good value. Breakfast wasn't to my taste, but I could see others liking it

I already stayed at the hotel in 2013 and it's become even better. Everything is great about the hotel and they have the best spa in town.

A fantastic local hotel full of charm, the building itself is lovely and the restaurant is worth a visit regardless of staying there or not.

Firstly, the man working at reception was extremely rude when I arrived with my girlfriend. He made her feel extremely uncomfortable. My girlfriend is in Fier for a couple weeks with a sick family member and I live in Tirana. I booked the hotel for an opportunity to visit her. The hotel rooms are small and uncozy. There is no positive amenities as are advertised. The hotel claims to have a fitness center and does not. I strongly recommend staying just outside Fier and commuting to the city center. There were several nice looking places just outside the city.

This was the first place in which we stayed on our first visit to Albania, and we were impressed with the general standard as shown in our star ratings. All the staff were very helpful and the restaurant had a good menu which was an interesting introduction to Albanian food as well as Italian dishes. Outside there were tables in a pleasant setting where you could also eat & drink. The breakfasts had a good choice of food and were more than adequate with which to start the day. Walking into the city was straightforward once you had found your way onto the correct paths in the park which was not difficult, and it was about 2 Km to the centre. We recommend the Hotel Restaurant Dreri and would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. We arrived early at 8am on our first day and we were checked,in right away. Staff was always available to answer our questions. Don't think we could have picked a better hotel in Saranda for our honeymoon :) The sea view from our balcony was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel! :)
