Older resort but with very motivated staff and many activities - good for families with children. Quality of the food is OK but not outstanding ...

Fantastic location! Its down the street from buccaneer beach club and sandals. My wife and i walked down to the beach and shared it with all the resort folks from dawn till dusk while not paying resort prices.... can't beat that. Villa was an amazing 1 bedroom apt and the owner even gave us a ride back to the airport for $15, most of the taxi services were closer to $20. Overall an amazing time

It's a little pricey, but probably good value for money on the island. Because I arrived ealy, I was given a room with no view although I had booked a sea view. I was then changed to a beautiful duplex room when it became available. Staff was very helpful to organise things for me. Diner at the horel restaurant was ok, but nothing special. Good breakfast. Apparently they have good conference facilities.

Had, a great time. The hotel was beautiful, and the food was awesome. The best food I've had at an all inclusive!

We enjoyed our 6 night stay. The room was surprisingly large and the front office staff were exceptional. Our only complaint was the extremely loud music on the grounds for 2 evenings related to the Classic Regatta awards and a taxi driver annual banquet making sleep before 11:30 unobtainable during those evenings. I would inquire about such events before booking.

I stayed here for 4 nights, though I got my rooms switched around and didnt get what I booked they did accommodate me. The room are a little out of date but comfortable with all the things one would expect from a service APT. the hotel didnt have a restaurant thought there is an independent bar that acts as a restaurant outside on the beach, the beach is amazing and the location is close to everything one needs for a few days of R & R

Everything was good, except the WIFI who was weak! It’s not so only here but it’s in the whole island!!!

Lovely place to stay. Full of history. Tranquility. Spa staff great. Recommend Anita for a manicure. Great to have infinity pool. Really appreciated Cecil being head boat man. Only one downside - no tea and coffee making facilities in room.

being a couple, looking for a few days Relaxation, it was perfect. Good Food, nice beach, good spa and good gym - staying in a clean and nice room with a view to the sea. We are "often-traveller" and don't hold back with critics if necessary. The only Problem with this stay was, that it was too short ;-)

We really enjoyed the facilities, food and friendly staff. My concerns were that the water was not warm in the shower, there were no washcloths and there needs to be a more comfortable chair instead of just a desk chair in the room. The staff worked continually to keep all areas tidy. Thanks to everyone.

Now owned by starfish bit bookings can still be made under rex, approx 30 us dollar a night difference in price for exactly same room & service. Hotel made a mistake with our booking, they did not have us. Took 3 hours for room to be ready, no o e to take cases to the room. Manager had no customer care values, no apologies. Most staff not at all interested in customer care / services. The best member of staff was a a lady on the security gate and the egg/ grill man chef. Food basic, with meats of poor quality. Not enough bar staff, there were very often lengthy waits to be served. All of the hotel is in a poor state of maintenance probably because it is scheduled to be bulldozed & rebuilt, in which case this should be reflected in the price in my opinion.

First time in Antigua. I do not regret with the choice I made by choosing St. James Club & Villas. Upon arriving at the resort we were greeted by the porter with a warm smile. They took care of the luggages. Since we had booked a royal suite we were told to go and see our personal hostess and there we met Kerissa and Patrick. Both phenomenal, professional and warm welcoming individuals. A welcome drink was offered along with a cold wet towel. The check in was smooth and pleasant, the wait time was not long. The resort is immaculate, well manicured, organized and clean. The royal suite assigned to us was clean and as described at the time of my booking. There was a welcome bottle of champagne on ice. The mini refrigerator is not stocked. There are 2 bottles of water provided after that either you can purchase additional bottles or use the filtered tap water. The 5 available restaurant's gives you a wide variety of food to choose from. Piccolo 's Italian restaurant is the only restaura
