good hotel the only 5 star hotel in sarajevo i like the swimming pool and the breakfast the gym was piece of shit and when we want extra time for check out they tell us i cant give you more than 5 minutes !! any ways of you want to book in that hotel dont ever miss the massage the massage was amazing the best massage i ever done in my life i do it with them every day 2 times morning and night very very very good massage i like the massage more than sarajevo dont miss it

the hotel lies outside the city medogorje. the hotel area is very nice with many four room hotel houses and a good restaurant and includes an etnic village where all sorts of handiccrafts are for sale. the hotel belongs to a big wine factory with nice tasting facilities. the surroundings are not very nice and includes a bus garage and s stone processing plant. the restaurant has a good menu and very reasonable prices for wine and food and good service. ask for the local specialities!

Residence inn is in a great location where you can reach everywhere in walking distance. We loved the staff who were so smiley and attentive. Especially Mr Amer welcomed us warmly. Breakfast is good but crowded. We had an issue with our A/C. It was just blowing fan not cool air. We reported this next morning and they fixed it but following night it repeated. We called the front desk at half past midnight. The night shift receptionist tried his best to fix but eventually he offered us another room at 1 am for us to sleep. This was very nice of him. As were checking out early, they prepared us a lunch box. The reception can arrange you a reliable taxi. If we come to Sarajevo again, we will stay at Residence Inn.

In the Latin quarter right next to the old Turkish corner. Brand new hotel- very stylishly decorated. Also next to the river.

If you’re looking for a unique experience in hotels, look no further than this hotel as it has the full package: history, comfort and culture. The rooms and common areas were perfectly decorated that transports you to a different era and culture. The rooms were also very clean and tidy and our only regret is that we didn’t get to spend enough time there. It is also located very near to the main attraction, Stari Most and the town square.

Pro - Everything beyond my expectations. The best accommodation I have stayed through my Balkans holiday. Extra like fruits, fruit juice were made avaliable. The hosts went out of their way to ensure I had a nice stay. Even drove me to the bus terminal. Con: Nothing.

I like everything about this hotel. The location is exactly at the entrance to the old town. So basically you will have the right spot to start your exploration on the old town. And it is a new hotel. So everything is new! I like this! What I love the most??? THE BREAKFAST. One of the best hotel breakfast I had ever been to. Simple but rich. What I did not like??? THE BED. I booked a double bed room. I don't like when a twin bed is combined into one. This is not consider as double, as you end up sleeping only one side of the bed at the end.

Perfect as a base for exploring Bosnia Herzegovina and beyond! Parking very limited and near a road but I front of the hotel road is very quiet and beach by hotel was a hit with both kids and adults! Kitchen was very small and not so well equipped so we only did limited cooking. Clean and beautiful apartment great for families!

Nice, new and clean accommodation in Mostar..though location is a bit out of ur coming from the bus station. The hotel told me that they could arrange a taxi for me in the morning to catch my bus at 7am. Went down to the reception the next morning and there was no one! Despite me having informed them of my departure time the day before. Ended to walking to the bus station which is a 20 min walk away.

Despite the confusion initially with the pickup transfer at the airport, our stay here is a very pleasant experience. When you pay by cash, they will arrange a free airport pickup. Please remind them few days before arrival. The hotel is situated very near to all attractions in the heart of Sarajevo's old town. You can reach the old town on foot within 10 minutes, where you can see all iconic and historical buildings (city hall, Latin Bridge, cathedral, mosque, bazaar, etc) as well as comfy cafes to enjoy the typical Bosnian cafe and baclava. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to lend assistance. The restaurant serves very good authentic Bosnian food for very affordable prices. The prices set by the restaurant is as cheap, if not even cheaper than those in other restaurants in the city. The room comes with well-equipped facilities such as hairdryer, heater, hot beverages set and other standards commonly available in any hotel. Breakfast? Superb. They serve typical Bosnian breakfast set (bread with assorted jams, cheese omelette, coffee/tea, fruit juice and cold cuts). Overall, our stay here is fantastic. No regrets to have stayed in Nova Bentbaša.

I had an apartment with balcony with a great view and it was perfect.Its only a few hundred meters down a steep road and you are in the centre.The hotel was great and all the staff very friendly and helpful.I would reccommend this hotel to everyone.I hope to go back.Sarajevo is realy worth a visit .Great place and great people.

The Michele is an extraordinary hotel. The staff is uniformly helpful, courteous, and informed. Our room was large and beautiful, with a kitchen, which we didn't have occasion to use, and a terrace, which we did. The decor is Austro-Hungarian and quite unique and wonderful. We could not have made a better choice for accommodations in Sarajevo.

This hotel is located in the suburbs of Sarajevo. You can travel by tram line 3 or 4 to the city centre. It takes approx. 30 minutes to reach the city centre. The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms and the bathroom is clean and well maintained. The hotel offers free shuttle from and to the airport.

Five star treatment from this small villa. They were so good and made the stay in Mostar perfect.

We were well looked after. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable spacious hotel with short walks to centre and Apparition Hill. We had a good stay.

Pros: staff is absolutely amazing, the breakfasts were wonderful, and the location is fantastic. Staff were helpful, informative, and kind. Breakfasts included freshly made omelets. Everyone went above and beyond to help with any little thing (for example, I wanted toast and they made it happen). In five minutes you can reach the old square on foot. Cons: I would NOT recommend this place IF you have a car. The private parking they have is a tiny garage and it does lock (which is great), BUT it’s a very difficult parking job and we really scraped up the front bumper getting in both times (even when one of the staff helped us). Cars frequently park right in front of it on the street, which makes it even more difficult. And for this tricky, most likely damaging parking spot, you have to pay 10 euro per day. Everything else was absolutely wonderful, but the parking was a nightmare.

The room was clean, well laid out, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and most accommodating, truly willing to go out of their way for the comfort of their guests. An excellent stay, with parking to boot!

We had one night at the Hotel Bristol on one of the hottest days of the summer - 42 degrees. It's a really nice hotel with a big room, and is well located only a few blocks from the bus station. The air con wasn't working in the reception area or cafe, but thank God it worked well in our room. The staff there were lovely and the man on reception was particularly helpful when I needed a doctor for heat stroke. The only downside was breakfast - very average with a limited selection and the meat was dry and turned up at the edges, etc... Still, I would definitely recommend this as we felt very well looked after.

The property is just around 10 minutes walk from The Old Bridge. The owner and his wife was very helpful and speaks very good English. They helped us to phone the bus station to reserve our return bus journey to Dubrovnik. The property is small but service was like five star hotel and room was extremely clean. Breakfast was reasonable. There is an Ottoman Empire mosque just opposite the property. There is a local supermarket Mahala just 5 minutes walk away. We would strongly recommend this property.

More than 1 km walk up a steep hill from the Cathedral part of Sarajevo, without tram. Gasp. I booked a twin with aircon - they put me in a single without aircon. So they moved me to a room with aircon but it was only a single. The carpet was really old and so smelly. I would not stay there again.

10/15min walk from bus/train station. Not by old town but is a nice long walk or lots of bike/public transport options. Staff is very friendly. My room was off the road and quiet. Good shower. A little musty smell, but overall a good experience

This apartment is at about 25 minutes from city center, but is quite close to Tunnel of Hope. The owner is a Serbian Bosnian, very friendly, helpful and talkative. He enjoys sharing his experience during the Siege of Sarajevo. This villa has three storey, a small lift is installed to facilitate luggage delivery to upper floors. The location is very quiet, room is clean and tidy. We stayed at a medium size apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sizable sitting and dinning area, full amenities in bath room and kitchen, with split air-conditioner as well. Ground floor is the owner’s office, has the set up of pool table, dartboard and coffee bar for your leisure and amusement.

in my opinion the best hotel in Bosnia - excellent location in the center of Mostar, very clean and spacious rooms - one of the best breakfast buffets I have seen in Bosnia and very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again when in Mostar
