This hotel has an amazing view and has every facility you will expect in a 5 Star hotel . Our room's AC was not working, so the manager upgraded the room to a Deluxe suite since it was Easter and there were no other rooms available to move to . The Cave bar is something new that you will never see anywhere in Croatia.

We were given a room in the annex - this was perfect. It was a large room with a very comfortable king size bed. The air conditioning was almost silent (never had that before), and all other features you'd expect of a five star hotel - an excellent room/bathroom design. The breakfast is among the best I've had in a hotel, with the unique feature of an "egg chef" preparing eggs to your requirements. We used the pool a couple of times, and noted the gym. Every part of the hotel was extremely clean. I should commend the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff we encountered. Finally the location was perfect, being a short walk from the old town, and about 5 minutes away from the cable car. Buses and taxis were in the square, 2 minutes from the hotel. We will definitely book this hotel again when we return to Dubrovnik.

This hotel is outstanding, the staff is unbelievable friendly. We had a great time and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Croatia. The only issue is that we were driving from Zurich and it takes a REALLY long time to get there...but you can't really blame the hotel for that.

If you like walking, this is ( in my opinion) perfectly situated. Overlooking the marina, a 15 minute walk ( or 5 minute bus ride, no 6 bus stops right outside the hotel ) into the lively coastal town of Lapad, a beautiful coastal walk to some amazing beach clubs and beaches, rewarding one with the most stunning views. Dubrovnik Old Town is a 40 minute walk away ( or no 6 bus ride ) The hotel itself was very comfortable, clean and modern. The beds were also very comfortable. The staff were more than accommodating and along with all the other Locals in Dubrovnik, very polite and very friendly. The breakfast was more than substantial and offered a very good choice of continental and cooked food, as well as the usual fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal, cheeses and cold meats. We didn’t use the restaurant outside of breakfast, neither did we use the pool. We wanted to sample as many of the fine restaurants Dubrovnik has to offer, and we like the beach. I would not hesitate to go back there

I booked this hotel on a ferry only an hour away from split because we didn't have one booked. and they luckily had one available. it was a bit hard to find but if you look up at the numbers you'll be able to find it easily. the staff was super professional and check out was even easier than getting this apartment. we had an 8 am bus to Krka waterfalls, so they told us we could just leave the keys in the lock and that's it. the apartment was super clean and their bathroom was so amazing, the mirror was a bit high for me (I'm short) but everything was clean and their patio was amazing with a view. also, it a basically 5-minute walk to the center and to the wate. i would definitly stay here again!

Location cannot be better. Modern and well designed we felt that the hotel could easily be a five star place. Staff were exceptional, room was a great size with outstanding bathroom, quiet, everything experienced was exceptional.

we planned our trip to dubrovnik just a few days before departure. so i had only little time to choose the hotel. a friend had recommended a valamar hotel and i picked the less expensive one, lacroma. how pleasantly pleased was i! the hotel is well situated in a peaceful neihgbourhood, just a short bus ride from the old city. there was a beautiful sea view. the hotel has top facilities, eg. a spa, a pool both inside and outside. breakfast was very good with plenty of choises. the staff in the restaurants, in the reseption and by the pool were extremely polite. our stay was very smooth and i highly recommend this hotel!

Close to the bus terminus(~2k). Lovely balcony with a view of hills and water. The hotel staff are polite and their English is fine. Breakfast is good. A bus outside the hotel takes you to the old city. A walk around the neighbourhood reveals some restaurants and various grocery stores. The room is lovely, large and the best blackout curtains. The beds are large and the bathroom is clean and roomy. I would stay again. Tea and coffee making in the room.

The bed is too soft, which told me my back every morning. Bathroom doors do not close. Sometimes too crowded in the restaurant. Everything else ok.

Start to finish superb: greeted by Jelena and a glass of sparkling wine at reception. It’s my second visit to the Valamar President. Expect five star service and excellent amenities. I hope to return again soon. Multiple restaurants and bars, including beach side. Great atmosphere but plenty of space, even when the hotel is fully booked. Free indoor pool and spa area. Great treatment selection, thank you Maja! Wonderful, friendly and professional Concierge Evica helped me secure transport and guide me on best options to visit local Islands. When you need to relax in style, it’s the best choice in Dubrovnik.

This hotel was undergoing renovations so we were given rooms in their sister hotel Plaza Marachi. This was as well a heritage hotel. The hotel set up was awesome. Still had some of the original walls. The rooms had charm and convenience. The receptionist came to help us with taking our luggage f rom the Varos to the hotel. She was loo very helpful in explaining the history of the hotel and giving us recommendations about where to go. The only downside was the rooms only have one bed..probably two twins pushed together. The room was spacious and the washroom large.

The place is very nice. Big rooms, bathroom is NOT comfortable ! You can not stand inside the bath, without banging your head in the sealing ! I do not know who is the genius that designed those rooms, but it would have made seance to put the toilet under that low roof, not the shower... No bath-mat on the floor, so people use the towers as bath-mat, which is very unfortunate. For the amount paid, I think they should have put some tea and coffee in the room, or at least make it available for free at the reception... Staff is very friendly and they are all young who try to do their best ! They will provide, on request a good lunch, to take with you to the park, I recommend it, it was very good. Breakfast was also very good. I felt the place is a bit overpriced, (I paid around $220 a night) I would say a $160 would reflect more the value of the place ! But anyway, it was a nice place.

The room is quite big, clean and modernly furnished. The location is quite good with a restaurant and several bars/coffee shops around. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The price was great. Zagreb's hotels were 90% full and those which were not charged above 100 euro/night! We got our room for 60! I recommend this hotel very strongly!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bracka Perla - especially outside the main season. Apartments are nice, location is great (close to beach and walking distance to Supetar) and the staff was friendly. And the outdoor Jacuzzi was great to relax after a tough day at the beach :-)

Visited Zagreb recently on our last leg of a 18 day Croatia holiday. ZigZag is less than a block away from the central square! Such a pristine location. The price was amazing for an apartment and the staff was super knowledgable and friendly in getting you settled and even hired a taxi for us to get to the airport on our departure. And the taxi showed up!

Prior to staying here my husband and I were staying in small hotel rooms so it was nice to change things up a bit and stay in a spacious room. Everything you could possibly want can be found at the resort. The pool was great. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was helpful. Would definitelt recommend staying here.

New and modern furnished structure, with great attention to details and customer services. We booked a room in the annexe (without elevator), which is accessible only externally from the hotel. Still an excellent choice, also at a price that was even slightly lower than the rooms in the main block. The room was beautiful, spacious and quiet and the bed very comfortable, kettle and snacks available. Excellent cleaning, bathroom with quality toiletries. Hearty breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and salted. The hotel also has a covered and free car park, otherwise the surrounding area is toll parking, although it is located outside the central area. The walk to reach the center is long, however, tram 6 or 13 pass by. Hotel definitely promoted, we had a good time and we would return.

Right in the literal heart of the old part of the city, maybe a three-minute walk to the Peristil, and less than 10 minutes to the ferries. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we really loved being situated so that it was easy to enjoy the old quarter once most of the day trippers had left. Plus Marko was an absolute gem - met us at th airport right on time, filled us in on all the best ways to spend your time in Split, and gave some truly fantastic restaurant recommendations. I cannot stress enough, if you’re staying in Split and you can afford to spend a little extra, you won’t find a better choice the Luxury Room Kokola! Thanks, Marko, for a wonderful stay!

Great location within easy walking distance of everything. Karlo was an awesome host. He helped with our luggage, restaurant recommendations, tour options, general info. He booked a car park and helped us with our luggage as we departed. He also said that if we needed any help with anything during our stay in Croatia to contact him.

We stayed in 3 different hotels in Split as we couldnt book all nights in the same and this was the best! An amazing bed, great shower, luxury bedsheets, it is a brand new hotel! There is a great restaurant inside what makes our life easier on the rainy weather. We paid more to stay in other hotels with less quality, so definitly it is a great choice in Split!

The location of this hotel is great - close to the sightseeing places in Zagreb, you can find good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel provides free parking space, which was unbelievable! As a small group, we booked a suite on the second floor which accommodates four people. We love this lovely suite and will stay again for future Zagreb visits. Additionally, we hope to say thank you to the reception staff, you are warm and helpful! 谢谢！ However, I rated 5 stars for all the options except the cleanliness (4 stars) due to a small reptile. All the towels and linens were super clean, also the room. But since the hotel is situated in an old house (I guess), we see a small black reptile on the floor (horrible if we are sleeping). Overall, I will choose this hotel again.

I was staying at Prima Luce the night before leaving to go back home. I was greatly impressed by the room and it was a good location. However, at a little before midnight there was lots of pounding going on and then a high pitched constant noise. This, of course, kept me up and I was unable to sleep the whole night leading me to leave with a bad taste in my mouth and being overly exhausted my whole flight home I was unable to sleep. Because of this, I would not recommend this property and would suggest another one.

Just returned from a brilliant week-long holiday in Croatia, of which we spent three nights in Split at Splendida Palace. From the moment of arrival, our expectations were exceeded even beyond the outstanding reviews we read prior to booking. The rooms are large, finishings are of very high quality, breakfast is great and we loved sitting by the pool in the Croatian sun. The hospitality is simply brilliant - we genuinely can't think of anything constructive to add. Thank you for having us and we look forward to returning one day soon!

In six weeks of touring east EU this apartment was without doubt the best accommodation we experienced. Be aware that there is no lift so you will have to tackle the stairs. The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished, well appointed and located close to many restaurants and points of interest. Highly recommended

Highly recommended brandnew seafront hotel in the Split neighbourhood. Large comfortable rooms with brilliant sea view and excellent value for money.

If you come from bus terminal, take tram 8. tram ticket 4kn. you can walk to all of main Sightseeing area. or take tram 6. 3mins walk to Bakery shop "Dubravica" which selling nice bread. Best location!
