Overpriced Accomodations”
Space available was good. Wi-Fi in the facility was horrendous. When it takes 45 minutes to download an app, it's utterly useless. Having a 4G connection is critical for a modern day traveler. Laundry facilities were unavailable the entire time I was there (10 days). When I asked the front desk where I might get my laundry cleaned, the indicated they didn't really know, but perhaps in the city of Mombasa (about 30 km away), I might find something. Cleaning was a complete disappointment most days, but a few days the apartment was cleaned well. Hot water was not available over half of the time I was there. Frequently would wait up to 15 minutes to receive hot water, once the shower water was turned on. Furnishings were very uncomfortable. Kitchen outfitting was dismaying. No markings on the electric stovetop, so hit or miss to get a setting that's okay to cook something. Non-stock frying pan was severely scratched. Spatula was melted to the point of being unusable.
Great place w/ small private beach ”
Nice kitchen well stoccked with cookware. Very clean. Bluetooth sound system. Soacious feeling in the building with open foyer. Staff reaponsibe and very pleasant. The one bedroom is not large but has plenty of seating, comfortable bed, balcony, effective AC, bedside lamp. Great fish-shaped pool, and beach is very close by.

I stayed for a week and it definitely was not long enough. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The beach is just a few steps away. The restaurant has decent food and a wide variety of choices.

Terrible, the beddings were not changed even after we requested. The Staff were so slow to respond, checking into the hotel took an hour and I was the only one at the reception. Breakfast had no variety, Terrible terrible terrible.

Мы прожили в этом отеле 6 дней. По приезду нас очень долго заселяли в номер, т.к. никак не могли разобраться с дополнительной кроватью, хотя при бронировании я указывал, что нам нужна дополнительная кровать для ребенка. После долгих переговоров нам принесли в студию матрац вместо кровати. На следующий день, после напоминания, кровать была установлена. Номер порадовал: есть все необходимое для жизни, набор посуды, микроволновка, холодильник, электрическая плита и т.д. Влажная уборка в номере была каждый день. Из плюсов было и то, что 2 раза предоставлялся бесплатный транспорт в супермаркет с хорошим набором продуктов. В отеле есть ресторан, но мы предпочли готовить пищу самостоятельно. Есть так же бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт. Но бесплатный не означает удобный, нам нужно быть в аэропорту в 7-30 утра, а нас привезли раньше 6 часов, т.к. нас объединили с другим гостем отеля, у которого вылет был гораздо раньше. Два рейса в аэропорт руководство отеля решило не делать. А нам объяснили, что в это время очень большие пробки (в 6 утра) и мы можем не успеть. Есть еще важное замечание: пляжный отдых в этом месте так себе, сильные отливы, плохой вход в море, на пляже много мусора. В отеле есть бесплатный интернет, но он очень непредсказуемо работает, в целом - медленно и очень медленно, до полной остановки. В целом могу порекомендовать этот отель для проживания.

Ganske udmærket. Rengøring mangler lidt, Wi-Fi virker dårligt. Personalet er i top, altid smilende, hjælpsomme og venlige. Trods alt et godt hotel, som jeg godt kunne finde på at besøge igen. Venlig hilsen Karl Hansen.
