a nice place to spend a night or two”
I liked this place, very clean, cozy, close to the stations, stores, etc. Kind staffs. But the one thing that was very, very disturbing was the stairs. I got a room on the high floor, and I had to walk up the stairs with my 23pound luggage. Would've been great if there was a staff in the second building too, so that people could get help without going back to the main building. And I wish they provided some better bath equipments - shampoo and the body wash wasn't such pleasant products. Except this I do recommend this place!

Really well kept rooms and up to date with a modern shower and a comfortable bed. Walking distance to the Apollo in Hammersmith. The nearest parking was a bit of a distance, overall would recommend a stay for the price.

            STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING”
We were booked triple sharing without breakfast but during our stay, the staff said that the breakfast was complimentary. The manager of the coffee shop was very well attentive to our needs. The room was not too small but not big. The location was near the bus stop and a 10 minute walk to various restaurants and shops. Most of all it was near Westfield Mall. I would highly recommend this to all.

            Room was too hot ”
The heating was on full all night which made the room very hot and unbearable . When I contacted the staff member I was advised she couldn’t turn it off. Therefore, we had to sleep with the windows wide open which wasn’t great due to constant noises coming from outside including a lot of police sirens . Apart from this our room was great and would stay again if it wasn’t for the heating.

            Lovely place to stay”
I think it takes a while to get familiar with the neighborhood. It is quite convenient, being near Shepherd's Bush station (Central line), Hammersmith (Piccadilly line) and Goldhawk Road (Hammersmith & City line). The closest shopping centre is Westfield. I would highly recommend to pack lightly as climbing up the stairs to the room is a workout. The staff were very pleasant, and the room is nice.

            Very pleasant surprise ”
I chose this hotel primarily based on cost as I was on a tight budget (£56:00 for a double/twin room). I've stayed in budget hotels in London before so I wasn't expecting much but I was very pleasantly surprised. I've paid a lot more for a lot less in London. The room was quite large and very clean and there was plenty of tea and coffee. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the shower was amazing (I'd been to see on of my favourite bands at Shepherds Bush Empire so I needed a shower after jumping around for 90mins!) again, there were plenty of toiletries. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. If I ever visit Shepherds Bush again. I'd definitely stay here.

            First trip to London”
The bed and bedding were clean and the room was warm and had a hairdryer!
It was good. Once I found it the first time the journey to the tube was easy. I didn't realize that we were a bit further outside the center of London than I expected but that was ok. The only thing I didn't like was the owner being very harsh directing the ladies around who clean and serve breakfast. Seemed like perhaps there was a language barrier but it was awkward to watch as a guest.

            Location, Staff, Value
I was traveling through London and needed a place close to London Heathrow before flying out. While Hotel 65& Annexes was close enough. the room was a bit tough to get into with no elevator and cramped quarters. Overall a decent value for my first whirlwind visit to London.

Only one thing - location to the office I was visiting
The hotel room was very grubby, with torn carpets and cheap furnishings. The tea cups on the room were dirty and overall the hotel felt cheap and shabby. I regularly stay in hotels - this is the only one I can recall in which I felt unsafe.

The hotel was not awful, but I expected it to be a bit cleaner. The furniture and the moquette were old and the room was very small; the bathroom was tiny, old and not very well equipped. It has to be said that the price was low. Breakfast was not bad.

The room was impossibly tiny, little more than the width of a single bed! What a rippoff! The room was the width of a door... literally! With a tiny bit more for the smallest bathroom Ive ever seen in my life. Narrower than a door. Awful and a disgrace for the money

Good value for London, breakfast basic but ok, 10 minute walk to nearest tube
As with all things in life you get what you pay for. If you're looking for basic on suite accomodation with breakfast in London for a low price it's ok. The hotel actually consists of 7 different hotels so you may have a short walk to breakfast. The tv didn't appear to work and there wasn't a wardrobe in the room, although there was a small rail which hung over the bed. The shower cubicle was very small but worked ok when you managed to squeeze in. The kettle and supplied cofee and tea was welcome although the tea bags were loose, rather than in individual packets. The standard of decor was fairly poor but reasonably clean. All in all I'd probably use again, but it was quite basic. Staf were friendly

            location & new refurbishment
Though Hotel 65's a bit far from the tube station Hammersmith (around 15 mins walk), Hammersmith station is on a good tube line both going to the city center and heathrow airport. The room size is small as expected but the new refurbishment could compensate a bit...could have 1 more mirror in the room and more hooks in the bathroom. The water pressure of the shower is quite weak though.... And be aware of the sub-charges from Agoda, the final price it shown was a bit out of my budget...

Well, you more or less get what you pay for at this hotel. But i am a bit disappointed since they saying that there is WiFi in rooms, but it did not work, and that was one of the reason i choose that hotel. But a part from that nothing to complain about.
