Great location but not a four star hotel service level and quality ”
The hotel location is great, right in the town center within walking distance to anywhere in the town and the castle. The reception staff is too casual to live up to a four star hotel level as the way we are being welcomed and the way to answer our queries are just too casual, not well trained. The man who looks like the manager is really helpful who helped to upgraded our room to luxury suites in another building, which is more modern with a great view of the castle. Suggest stay in the moderne building as they have two buildings. Rooms in the old building looks classic but a bit old in terms of facility and lighting too dark. Definitely the modern rooms in new buildings more clean and brighter. I wish the hotel reception can be trained to be well presented and more warm so that it can truly live up to the four star hotel rating

lovely rooms and attentive staff;Adam
Centrally located hotel with attentive staff especially Adam. If you stay on higher floor prepare for some workout as the stairs a steep and no lift available. But compensated with excellent view of the castle.
