Brand new rooms, spacious, well-fitted. Beautiful gardens. Nice walking trails. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Surrounded by nature. Located about 30 mins from Chiang Mai town up in the hills. Lots of tourists come and take photos of the gardens during the day, which can be a little annoying, but the resort is so big that there is still plenty of room. We were overwhelmed by the 5 star quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff. The room and grounds were immaculate. The bed sheets and towels were so soft. Our room had one of the best bathrooms we’ve ever seen. The staff provides daily water bottles and chocolates as well as updates regarding the whether. The pool and spa services were fantastic. Our room had one of the best bathrooms we’ve ever seen. The staff provides daily water bottles and chocolates as well as updates regarding the whether. The pool and spa services were fantastic. Daily breakfast was delicious. The only drawback was that the resort is located about 20 minutes outside the Chiang Mai city center but this is easily remedied through a complimentary shuttle bus that runs to the North Hill City lounge near the East gate and within walking distance of the Night Bazaar. When we went for excursions outside the scheduled shuttle times we just prearranged a taxi or used uber. We did not mind this at all as it was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city into tranquility. On our next visit to Chiang Mai we will definitely be staying here again!

This trip was probably my 7th or 8th time in Chiang Mai, but this was my first time staying at Content Villa. All the other times, I've stayed at other 4 or 5 star hotels both in and out of downtown. After this trip, however, I'm pretty sure I won't have to look for another hotel next time as I'll 100% be returning to Content Villa. But why? After this trip, however, I'm pretty sure I won't have to look for another hotel next time as I'll 100% be returning to Content Villa. But why? Most of the reviews here say the location is remote. True, it's definitely not in the center of town, but that means you're getting peace and tranquility. In fact, the other top hotels aren't even in downtown anyway, so it's practically the same thing. And it definitely isn't hard to get into town via various readily available transportation. I didn't think this was an issue at all especially for the price you're paying vs. what you're getting. Great place, really nice. Friendly and very accommodating staffs. Amazing service. People there take the time to remember you and actually strive to please you. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
