KSL HOT SPRING RESORT

Very spacious and cozy room. Only managed to connect to Wifi on our 2nd night after given another password. Breakfast however needs to be improve. Came at 9.45am however food almost empty. Saw several guest asking for replenishment. Not variety like KSL city. Pool side doesnt have a drainage so not sure how the pool was filtered. Probably good to have someone to oversee pool as i've seen kids dipping in their slippers through the pool. Hot spring is very enjoyable. Separate for male and female. Overall stay is definitely satisfied! Hope to return soon.

A convenient hotel to stay when we visit our relatives. Stay a night during the CNY period. Hotel looks severely under staff, quite chaotic with masses of people checking-in. We waited quite awhile to be served, got our room key, queue a long time for the lift to the room. To our horror, it was already occupied by another guest. Once again, queue for the lift to head back to reception, wait to be served again and given another room on the same floor. After checking in the room, we drew the curtain and found us looking out at cemetery. It was a horror sight and we again went through the motion to change room. As it was fully booked, they gave us a smaller room instead. Overall, it was a touch and go experience, being new the room is clean but there are no other facilities that I would be interested to use in the hotel.

Hotel room was clean and bed was so comfy, good service from the staffs. I do have sometime to go at level 5 to enjoy my hot spring jacuzzi, the jacuzzi that next to sauna room’s water is too hot I think they need to adjust the water temperature. However the big jacuzzi’s water temperature wash just nice. My work location is need travel to Komtar shopping mall and Terbrau shopping mall therefore might far a bit from the city but is very convenient you just take grab and only 10-15mins will arrive.

Excellent hotel but wifi is very poor. Tried to connect my tablet and phone more than 10 times but could never connect due to weak signal and wrong passcode (despite staff insisting it is correct passcode)

Hotel with great location - a few minutes away to AEON bandar dato Onn! Beautiful clean rooms, worth our money! Nice hot spring pool, it was super-syiok! Just the breakfast could be better. We were disappointed because lack of choices and had to wait for topups. Live stations was slow too, but still bearable. Will return but might think of choosing breakfast outside.

Comfortable and nice staff

Nothing nearby....Check in at 4pm but was told that non smoking room not ready need to wait for another hour, During check in, the staffs were super slow although there were three counters...allow check out at 1pm upon request...counter staff forgotten to provide me with breakfast meal vouchers....

The resort are very clean and all new. Lots of parking space .Just a walk to get nasi goreng. The swimming pool need to take care where lots of leave and guess not follow swimming attitire suit. The cafe for breakfast just beside the pool. Very awsome. I mostly like its hot spring pool spa and sauna.

The room was sparkling clean and beautiful. Lcd tv screen is large. Bathroom is clean. But breakfast was disappointing. Not many varieties. Food was just ok. Had to wait so long in a queue at the egg station. They took so long to refill the food. Would love to come back but without the breakfast.

Restaurant located outside hotel building. Although only 1-2min walk still feel inconvenient. Yet the walkway is uncovered. Wondering how to walk to restaurant when raining. No air conditioner might be another minor issue but still feel warm sitting poolside. Further, the foreign waiter unable to communicate well. Served us wrong drinks too.

Nice hotel and view. They have provide me a baby cot and really nice service. The most nice is the hot spring and gym but residential and hotel guest is sharing the same facilities except hot spring.

Location is far from amenities like shopping centres. You can drive out or grab. Near to pandan city and AEON Tebrau abt 10 mins drive. Sauna and hotsprings worth it foe chilling and SPA. Room is clean and comfortable and wifi is strong.

my second time here. all good except the cafe breakfast near the pool. it was open cafe so it was not very hygienic since the flies can fly freely to the food. it nice if they also provide a close area that safe for kids under 2.

Pros: Rooms are new and large. Friendly staff. Got upgraded to deluxe room. Cons: Deluxe room smells like old wet socks. Not sure if its the aircon filter or carpet but even after daily housekeeping it still smelled. Wifi signal and reliability was poor.

Reasonably priced, the hotel is quite new and clean Is far from shopping district and eateries Staff friendly but not very helpful. Called twice for room make up but didnt come Pool is big, Gym is small but for small workout is fine Shower room door not sealed properly, water kept seeping out during shower. Aircond on and off.

Our first time here and it was amazing. Room was clean, they have all sorts of channels on TV. Hotel was as good as new! Traveled everywhere via Grab, easy peasy! Hot Chocolate (RM5) from machine at reception lobby was delicious! Except pool and clubhouse was disappointing and hot spring was dirty, but would definitely return!

we reached the hotel around 10pm. nobody helped with our things. must go inside and asked the front desk to help my husband. 2 staff working at night. hotel smells awful (toilet smell) big lobby with no air freshener. check in process ok. but nothings special. we go to the lift, says need to tap the key card, but its useless, i never tap but go straight to 17th flr. moving forward, the room is quiet ok. no bathrobes. no menu. no leaflets. telephone dont have guidelines which number to press to call directly to front office. no room service after 5pm. what the heck!!! so we have to go out and look for convenient store to buy for ice cubes. no plates, spoon or other utensils. which is normal inside the room. amenities nothing important. i tried to use their so called "sauna, spa" nothing special. water look so dirty, so never mind. it will be better to use the shower inside the room. all in all, its a big no! no! dont ever be deceived by this hotel. big no!!!!!
