Best Hostel I've ever been to.”

First, it's location. It's located right in front of the National Stadium station. MBK, the shopping mall is just across. Staff were all nice and accommodating. There is free popcorn and free printing of documents. There is also a theater where you can watch your favorite movies. This is my second home.

Good location”

Locatrion is great right in front of MBK shopping centre and the National stadium BRT. Facilities are clean. This is the fifth time I have stayed here. They also have free luguage storage facility. I left my bag for a week until I came back from Cambodia.

Strategic location ”

Clean room and bathroom. Well equipped with washing machine， dryer, iron, fridge for the guest. Great location and value for money!

This place is still the best places in my experience. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Very clean with great facilities. Great location. They updated the common area with the pool table and the soccert table. So cool! Thank Lub D Siam! I'll come back. :)

Great value in Siam, a hostel with private room”

Very close to BTS and everything else in Siam. Room is spacious, bed is spacious for a hostel, shower is strong but can get tricky sometimes with the water temperature control. Breakfast set is decent for the price. As a hostel, this property had exceeded our expectations.

Perfect Location & Super Friendly Staff”

The hotel location is fantastic! Just a few walk to the BTS station. And MBK is just beside it... Siam Paragon is at the other corner... Room is small but it is very clean and the staff there is very very nice and helpful.... the cons is there is no lift, hence the staff offered to help to carry our baggage to 2nd floor. Very convenient location all walking distance...

Alright but not to the Lub D standards”

When you have seen Lub D in Siem Reap (where I ended up spending close to 10 days) you can't help but being a bit disappointed... The staff is still great but the facilities are not amazing or very well maintained. Joint on the toilets' doors, softness of the blankets... I expected it to be much better and ended up going somewhere else, a place that also has a pool

LubD in Bangkok personal room for 2”

If you can handle the guy who whistles all day to warn the traffic for the Ibis hotel next door then this hostel is perfect for you. The whistle sound can be heard starting at 6:30am until around 20:00pm every day every every 5 min. Note that we stayed on the 4th floor and we could hear his whistle blow very clearly behind closed door. He blew the whistle almost at every traveling car on the sukhumvit road when they were near the Ibis hotel entrance/exit.

Situated 10 steps away from BTS National Stadium station escalator going up! Easy for commuting and pieces of luggage to/from the airport! Walking distance/one BTS station away to Siam BTS station. On the corner is Siam Discovery and then Siam Paragon. RIGHT ACROSS MBK Shopping Center!!! There's an ATM inside the hostel lobby but the withdrawal fee of THB220 per transaction of THB6000 is a bummer. THB220 is standard withdraw fee for all international-issued card. The Grab drivers always miss it so I pin Mercure Bangkok Siam (IBIS hotel) which is literally beside it for easy reference. I wanted to get a private room for 2 but NO STAIRS for all other floors so I settled with LADIES DORM is on the ground floor. The room is spacious enough for 4 pax and heavy pieces of luggage. Ladies lavatories had 4 showers and 4 toilets but I need not wait during my 4-day stay.

Great short stay”

The staff are accommodating, BTS station is really accessible, just outside the hostel and you are already there. Bathrooms are clean, towels are good also, I just do hope that they are always checking the beedsheets and pillows as well.

Just a few steps away from national stadium station. Mcdonalds and 7-11 nearby. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. FREE popcorn for guests! Awesome lounge to relax! Movie room as well! Will for sure be back! Thank you Lub D! We had a great stay!

OVERALL...OUT STAY AT LUB D IS SUPERB. LOCATION IS CLOSE TO ALMOST EVERYTHING LIKE MALLS, BTS (TRAIN STATION), ETC. AND MOST OF ALL, THE CREW ARE SUPER FRIENDLY AND VERY ACCOMODATING. THEY WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR NEEDS SUCH AS BOOKING A DRIVER AND DIRECTION TO THE PLACES YOU'D LIKE TO VISIT. WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK THIS HOSTEL AGAIN IF WE COME AGAIN TO BANGKOK, THAILAND. ONE THING THOUGH IS THE MENU FOR BREAKFAST, THEY HAVE THE SAME SET OF MEALS EVERYDAY.

Thumbs Up for the prime location. BTS station is just at the doorstep. Attention to future new stayers, there is no lift / elevator at the building so be expected to carry your own luggage, this is a 4 storey building. Luckily the staff was helpful to carry down for me, Yes ---- all the way from level 4. Awesome service. People, choose Lub d Bangkok Siam Hostel and you will love to travel Bangkok even more! 1. The staff are friendly, especially the girl with long black hair who speaks perfect English. Her smile just made my day and she spoke a little Chinese. How cute was that! Sure wanna see her smile again. Pity though I didnot get her name. 2. The facility is fine. They got everything essential and of good quality there. It was comfy and convenient to stay in the 4-person dorm room which I ordered for me and my family. Although my mom complained a little bit about no toilets and showers inside the room, I think it's reasonable for the price I paid. 3. The location is perfect. BTS National Stadium Station is right close to the hostel. And BTS Siam Station is 500 meters away which means with a few minutes' walk you can just reach the very center of Bangkok and everything. But being too close to a BTS station and a main road can be noisy. So alarm for light sleepers. You cannot get all the good things, can you? 4. That's all I want to say about the property. Location Near Mall and Comfy Place”

Location was surrounding by Mall, such as Siam Square, MBK, Platinum and Pratunam. The Hotel actually below the National Stadium Station, so it will be more comfortable to go everywhere. For the experience at this hotel, this is my 3rd time staying here. They provide us with different room, which we can choose what we needed. Double Room, Twin Room and Dorm, with special facilities such as laundry, dryer, theater room, ladies dorm, open space bench and also we can put our luggage until 2 months. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Best of hostel in Bangkok”

One important reason is it’s really close to the BTS which connects you to many nice spots around the town, the shared bathroom are always clean but please be aware if you travel with huge luggages bcoz there’s no elevator but climbing up the stairs :)
