Great hotel.
The hotel is clean and staff are welcoming. We have a 1 year old and our room was great (we had a corner room)! I found breakfast service really slow and I had to firm with saying we wanted a inside table, we ordered coffee which came after we had finished eating (30mins after we had been seated). But they are minor things and overall I do recommend the hotel and we will be back! Pool service is amazing and the feature of the hotel, complimentary fresh fruit sticks, fresh fruit juices, towels refreshed, sunglasses cleaned and frozen fruit juice Popsicles all offered throughout each day as you laze by the pool!! We got room service majority of our meals (easier with a 1 year old) 😊 And the children's menu is great, steamed veg, mash potato with steam chicken very high quality and tasty! (I was apprehensive about food for my baby). Oh and I really wouldn't bother with the day spa... Just had no idea on what they were doing...

We enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast buffet and pool with swim up bar were nice and a jacuzzi as well, gym amazing. The only thing we were more than a bit off put by was that we were put in a tiny little first floor room looking at nothing but shrubbery. We went immediately back to the front and asked for an upgrade. The guy we dealt with at the front desk was stuffy and in no uncertain terms let us know that they charge much more at the hotel than those booking through Agoda like he was irritated that we received a good deal. He said to move to another room we had to pay more blah blah. We did. I also encountered this attitude at another of the four hotels we stayed at during our first trip to Bali. The other two had no problems , and upon extending our stay at one which we loved, were willing to beat Agoda by $5. Also, our upgrade at the stone had an immediate leak in bathroom ceiling which was quickly fixed. All in all, of our four hotels, it was very nice but not our favorite by far.

Good value, needs some improvement
On check-out found quite a few beers charged to our room from mini-bar. No beers consumed. Reported smelly bedside drawer(strong fish smell when my daughter removed the items she stored for 2 days(uni-books), and on reporting it on check-out, (did not notice before as books not used), not much interest shown. Old dirt on side of other bedside table where it bumps up against the bed.

The buffet breakfast is excellent. The restaurant serves good food for lunch and dinner. The pool is huge. The location is good. Faces but walking distance to Kuta beach. The staffs were great. Very helpful and friendly.
