Fantastic location, modest room, weak service ”
The hotel is in a fantastic location and this is super important for visiting the center of Bruge. The room was modest and the shower leaked a lot of water into the floor. One small bottle of water in the room and nothing else. I arrived around 12 noon and no room was available and the staff not really helpful to accommodate me. I then did get a room after waiting but was then left waiting one hour for the iron I requested to borrow. There was confusion in regards to the inclusion of breakfast (which appeared on the booking preference but not on the voucher). Finally, the staff were most unhelpful for my 1pm checkout request which ruined my planned morning walking tour of the city. I asked the hotel in advance in regards to parking and received an oblique reply that my request coould not be be discussed and I should discuss upon arrival , where finally a price 4 times that of public parking was offered and a suggestion it is better to use the public parking

Nice enough, amazing location”
It is your standard 3star hotel. Nice and clean and the staff are very helpful. Our room felt a bit dated and there were no power outlets near beds but it is in an amazing location and great value for money.

One nite Stay in Sept 2018”
Excellent location in the heart of the city centre. Cut through the Clock tower and the hotel is just in front of you. Decent hotel with a spacious waiting area/reception. A must for the breakfast as it has a good spread and appetising. Brugge is very touristy . Food is more expensive than in Paris. My room ( Cosy double room ) is very small so I recommend pay a bit more for the new wing and bigger room. No tea/coffee making facility in the room. If you plan to stay for a week, bring a travel kettle esp in the winter. Vending machine to buy snacks and drinks at the lobby. complimentary lockers to use if you have a late checkout. Excellent customer service . Thumbs up and keep it up!!!

Great location”
15-20 minutes stroll from station , noisily towing case through cobbled streets. Located in the middle of historic Brugge, everything within easy walking distance. Our tiny room had what we needed for a city break , comfortable bed , tv , shower, air con, and was 50% of rack rate booked through agoda. There are better hotels , and cheaper hotels in Brugge, but this is the only 3 star slap bang in the centre of things, we found it most convenient

Tired and rather tatty”
Having paid a little extra for a better quality room, it was very disappointing to have a very small, very dark room. The hotel staff were nice but as this was booked through a third party website declined to help or comment on the cost or room quality. Given the position of the room on a corner, there were two tiny windows such that the light had to be on the whole time in the room. The bathroom door was disintegrating at the bottom, one bathroom tap was losing its chrome with white plastic coming through. Rooms were very basic, no kettle etc and a totally ineffective hair dryer. It is accepted this is a 3* hotel and in a good location but the room was tatty, grubby and dark - poor value for money.

Good location...”
Don't expect your room to look like the one shown... most rooms are in a newer part of the building and have a typical corporate look. They also need upgrading as they are rather dull and dated. Having said that, there is a good atmosphere in the hotel and it's a pleasant place to stay.

Fantastic Location”
Extended our stay by 1 night so experienced the "charming" older section and the new modern rooms. I preferred charming, hubby the modern. Bought breakfast the night before for 15 euros instead of 20. European breakfast that kept us going most of the day. Staff very helpful!

Nice hotel near main sights. ”
The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. Rooms are immaculately cleaned each day. It is near the main attractions. It has parking but this costs €30 per night. We parked 2 minutes walk away at Parking Pandreitje, which can be easily found on google maps. It’s only €8 per day. Parking is not a problem there. The hotel has a breakfast salon. Breakfast is €15. We had breakfast for €8 at a little cafe just around the corner in Wollestraat, next to the lace shop called point de rose. Bruges is not a cheap city at all. Hot drink making facilities are only available in the most expensive rooms. You can only get hot drinks once the bar opens at 17.30. We will remember to pack a travel kettle and mugs if we stay there again, which we would consider. Restaurant prices are cheaper outside of the city if you have your own car to explore. We were stunned on our first day. 2 croque monsieurs, two waffles and 4 small glasses of beer for lunch came to €67!

Martin's Brugge - An Ideal Hotel ”
I visited Brugge with a few friends for a long weekend and Martin's Brugge was ideal and provided all we needed for our stay. The hotel is situated in the heart of the town which was a perfect location for us. We found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were quite adequate and clean I wold not hesitate to recommend it as a great base for anyone wanting to explore the city.

Very pleasant stay, amazing location”
Situated right by the Belfry, the hotel is perfect for wandering out from and then back to whenever you require. Warm, cosy, clean and with friendly staff, plus a fantastic breakfast, it feels higher than it's 3 stars. Only one mark down would be lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Do what we did and bring a little kettle!

The onsite car park cost 30 euros......not mentioned in advert! the double bed was 2 singles pushed together, this is not a double bed, we enquired about this at the reception and they said this is how we do it here, so I asked if I had booked a king size bed would they have pushed 3 singles together. Excellent location and the staff spoke English
