The front desk staff try their best but I was really upset by the fact that I had to pay twice for the room because they do not have a good system of getting payment from agora. I would recommend using another booking service to book this hotel as I had a huge problem sorting this issue out. I did not have the problem when I used one of the other big booking agencies the week prior. Add to that it was hard to reach the hotel's reservation team, it made for a stressful stay. The hotel is ok for phc standards. Someone's hair was in my bathroom but overall fairly clean. And the security seemed good.
