Good hotel for money”
For your money you get great service. Only breakfast is poor, but for 2-3 days trip you can buy some ham and other stuff to have your breakfast richer. (Cheese and marmalade and bread).

Value for money”
Location wise, the hotel is located near to Earl's Court underground tube and the efficient public transport means that touring is made easier. Could do better with choices of food for breakfast though. Room was well serviced and cannot complain much for the price. Value for money.

Very Disappointed”
1. Instructions on how to get to the reception are wanting. The taxi drops you off, you take your luggage up the steps; press door bell and gain access to a filthy carpet, and then a random guest explains that the Reception desk is two blocks away. 2. At the reception desk, you only show a copy of your booking...No ID. Your Rom is LG2(Lower Ground or basement) 3. You take the lift to the basement and open the little hole with a child's bed, ugly brown blanket, and no desk or chair; you can see piles of garbage outside and a flight of stairs that lead to the street-scary! 4. The toilet basin and the shower are a combiset...no cabin. 5. To take a shower you spray the entire toilet basin as well and must then step on the towel to exit 6. To compensate for all theses shrotcomings, the housekeeper overstocks the shampoo, soaps, coffee, tea bags, milk, and sugar. The kettle rests dangerously on some plastic plate holder while the hair drier dangles next to the small TV. 7. Rude staff

Acceptable”
When I arrived after a long flight, the receptionist told me, that he has not any confimation on his computer, so I have to pay for stay in hotel again. I had confirmation of payment with me, but he still wanted to pay. After a long one hour he accommodate us. When I open the door to the room I didn't believe what I saw. The smallest room I have ever seen, non-working light, ruster mirror, and the window, which can not close completely. So I'm ill because of this. When I having a shower, it was changing hot water with cold, because of allowed tap. And the wiev to the wall was really "good". In the picture was beautiful wiev. They haven’t warm blenket, but just sheet, when it isn't still summer. Another problem. I don't understand, why are they accommodate drunk people, all night was loudy noise on the corner. And the breakfast? Toast with butter and müssli? Without any vegetables and fruits. I was in many hotels, but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever been!!!!!!

Not very good”
Downsides: -The staff was very obnoxious and not helful at all. -We booked a room for 3 people and when we arrived there was only 2 beds. -They didn't set up a new bed until the second day. -Telephone didn't work. It couldn't be plugged into the walls. -Bathroom not very clean. -The space is limited inside the rooms, you can seat only in the bed and you barely have space for suitcases. -the staff is not welcoming.

Frustrating on the rooms but not the location.”
I've stayed twice at the hotel for my recent europe trip on the first 4days arrived in UK and 4 days before leaving back to my country as in between i went to other countries. The only thing good is the location, 5mins walk to Earl's Court Tube station and also fast food restaurants nearby. As for the rooms, when you first enter you will immediately feels frustrated as you look at the bed have no duvet and only with a sheet with an old bed. Then, the room smells uncomfortable. For the bathroom, small is okay for a budget hotels in europe, but the shower is not okay. It's dirty. They have to fix it. For the first booking that i've got, the room is okay but the bathroom is so bad. But for my 2nd room, the bathroom is much better than the room. I was not excited to go back to the hotel for my 2nd booking but i have to, since i've already booked it from Agoda together with the 1st booking. Will not book it at this hotel again.

good location but that's all”
Hotel is very near to Earl's Curt tube station. We came to London early morning so I was worried about our luggage but on reception they told us we can leave it here and come back later, then our room will be prepare. Goog start in this hotel. But that's all :-( Room was very small, and if you don't want put your bag on bad you have will have problem to open it. Cup and saucer what we found in room was bonded together very strong -> wasn't clean years i thing. Bathroom has a bad smell from some cleaner and also was very small. Only good on this hotel is his location in zone 1 near to city center. I can not recommend this hotel. Maybe for half price but they want too much for they offer.

Great midway point from LHR, great value for London”
We got into Haeathrow at 7.30pm and the underground took 35 minutes.. The hotel is a 4 min walk from the tube, and the area has fast food restaurants bars and cafes. The hotel itself was clean and warm, with kettle, safe and hairdryer in the room. The breakfast was basic but functional and set us up until lunch, although a range of eggs would have been nice rather than just boiled. One thing I didn't like was having to.pay 10 pounds for Wi-Fi. In 2017 Wi-Fi is a service that should be available for free to.customers. in the UK there seems to be Wi-Fi territorial behaviour maybe a kick back from the dial up days when only one person could be online at once. It's a really dated idea to charge and proves to.be really inconvenient. Otherwise we were very pleased. We would stay again, but would need to set up internet via 3g (simply to.avoid excessive wifi charges) A good place though

Extreamly bad dirty and small. ”
We don't recommend Oxford hotel at all. It's very dirty, fridge wasn't working and very bad smell came from it. In room you have bed only. No chairs or table. Room is so small. And so dirty. Breakfast cheapest tost slice of cheese and boiled egg. We couldn't eat breakfast as before you reach breakfast room in bacement you pass on the way dirty sheets hovers and trolleys of dirty towels. Stay away from Oxford hotel. Also I made pictures of all dirt just here is no place where to put them.
