An old lovely hotel. I love the wood. Must have been a grand hotel in the hey days. rooms are very spacious and the service by the Staff is fantastic. location is good not too near or far to Ao Nang. I love the al fresco dinning on the 6th floor restaurant. The hotel is seeing it's age but still OK. I did have issues with the hot water - not hot enough and water pressure in my room was too low (sons room was better). A/C was not that cold. All in all very liviable.

It looks like a big mansion from outside but it is poorly maintained inside. Rooms are huge but not well kept. Would not come back thou they have an amazing pool. The creepy look of the interior indeed is a major drawback.

Neglected and falling apart!”
We stayed in the deluxe suite room for 6 nights over the Christmas period and we was expecting what the pictures show... we were very wrong. Stains everywhere, no maintenance, doesn't look like they have ever had a renovation. Our room smelt funny, had stains, no bath plug, cracks in the wall, wallpaper falling off and these are just a few of the things we noticed. Immediately we had to visit reception to sort out the safe as it wasn't working, and then another 4 times after that for other things like new pillows and things that should be in any normal room. Everything was neglected and falling apart, even the pool was missing tiles and I'd say that's there main part of their hotel. Our room was definitely not checked through before we got there as we had cigarette butts on our balcony amongst other things inside missing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel but I'm sure you can tell that by now. If you do decide you want to stay here, I'd say to try and find some updated photos first.

Rooms are large, central air condition. Beds are good Wonderful view from the balcony. Great breakfast, good transfer service to beach/town. Friendly staff, helped us to get good tours and good advice. isn't 4 star anymore but you can sure see that it have been. Cleaners could do a better job, glass doors to balcony was dirty when we came and they didn't clean them the 5 days we where there. But all in all, you cant get better value for money in Ao Nang.

Hotel is nice, room size is good, the hotel could have been great if they managed it better. Staff were nice and friendly. Room size are very big. But pity that: 1. Need to run shower for around 10 min to get water, waste of water resource and water is around 30 degree, which is cold for take a proper shower. The bath room is huge with gigantic bath, but totally useless as no hot water. 2. Many mosquitos, woke up by kisses from them most of nights, told the staff, but not really helpful. 3. The bed lining fabric is bit rough to the skin, not 100% cotton, takes some time to get use to it. 4. The room is not cleaned properly. The hotel could have been a great place with good location, I stayed at the hotel 3 years ago, but somewhere they did not manage it properly which is a pity.

DO NOT STAY HERE”
This particular hotel is an absolute shambles and agoda should refrain from booking its customers here first of all the hotel receptionist are down right rude from the moment we arrived they offered no help to many of our concerns during our stay here secondly the room cleanliness is actually disgusting and i would advise people thinking about booking here to seek other options a night sleep on the beach itself offers more cleanliness than the rooms at pavillion queens have to offer my partner was bitten by a Beatle that has blistered her face when we looked into it these creatures predominantly live in wood which the whole hotel and most of the room is made out of also the rooms are very dark and smell like damp so make sure you pack a dehumidifier and temporary lighting for your stay here the towels leave a disgusting smell on you once used after 2 nights stay here we rebooked for a hotel around the corner where the staff are more friendly and give themselves and ao nang a good name

Large rooms, large beds. Except for swimming pool, all other facilities were not well maintained. A lot of repairs needed to hotel. Facilities aside, the service was extremely good especially the front office staff who were able to communicate in English. They went all the way to help us.

Great hotel with fantastic staff”
This was my second visit to Ao Nang and I was familiar with the location of this hotel. Right next to some excellent restaurants and the best rated massage salon in town. This is an older but still grand hotel which, while it may have seen better days, still has a charm which cannot be found in newer facilities. The room is very large and the balcony is huge. Gorgeous views from the balcony and even better from the rooftop where they serve breakfast. But what really makes this place special is the staff. Warm and friendly...they make you feel welcome and appreciated. My son and I stayed here for almost a month and if we come back to Ao Nang this is my go to hotel.

Hotel located about 800m away from the beach, however it's quieter and peaceful. If you don't mind walking a little it will be a good hotel. Down the road there are Street vendors selling food, so Street food lover will be a plus points. Cleanlines is average, I could still see spider webs and dust at certain part of the room.

Very Good hotel with Very Good Staffs”
My wife and I stayed here for few nights and we are very happy with our stay. The hotel is quite big, spacious. This hotel has a big 3 tiered infinite swimming pool with nice view. Our room was quite big huge balcony with a swing and sea view and room is quiet. Bathroom is very large, has a bathtub. The swimming pool area is awesome and is very big. Beds are big and comfortable and clean. Choose higher floors if available. The hotel is just 10 min. walk from the ao Nang beach /ao Nang beach road and near to the street food vendors/restaurants/massage parlor shops. Island hoping / tours / the Ao Nang long tail boat booking counter very close to this hotel. From Krabi Airport it is around 1 hour by Airport shuttle Mini Van / Bus. Airport shuttle will drop you at the hotel. You need to mention the hotel name before boarding the bus at the airport. The breakfast was very good - many verity - there are lots of option from American to Thai cuisines, a running counter for omelet/other egg items. But we recommend more Halal food for the breakfast. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The check in and over all services of the hotel were smooth. We like to pass our sincere thanks to Rabeeya Inamuna, the front office manager, Jintana,Nisarat and Kamonwan of the front office. All of them were very helpful We recommend this hotel.

Grand but desperate for paint/repair”
Stunning grand stairs.Very nice swimming pools.Nice big room with shower and bath. Big balcony with swinging chair.Friendly cheerfull cleaning lady. However, furniture bit broke and shabby, wooden floor broke in places and very dissapointed with sea view which was really looking out over not so nice other hotels and a bit of sea.Everything was quite pricey-laundry,restaurant and water from their own mini mart.Bonus was the working lifts! Not to bad a location,10 min walk to beach but on busy road with no pavements so beware of mopeds if walking this at night. Not convinced we'd stay again at price paid tho .

Friendly staff big room nice swimming pool
There are 3 swimming pools. The biggest one is 25m in length. Rooms are extra-ordinary huge. 50 m sq. There is a big swing that two people can lie down at the balcony. There is shuttle van to send you to the beach but you have to get back on your own (Just 10 minutes walk). Plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk and at the beach. You can book one-day tours through the hotel and transport to take you to the airport. The staff handle everything for you with a smile. Will stay here again if I come back to Krabi.
