Great view but nothing else”

Pros: - Instant access to the beach below - Great view. This is the only thing you will remember - Mediocre pool Cons: - Lack variety of food in buffet - Staff need proper training/education in hospitality industry - The standard room is so mediocre and nothing to write home about - We didn't get any water in our room when we first came. We had to ask them to the staff.

I would recommend to go for the sea view rooms as the mountain view rooms are located directly next to the car parking. The staff of Queen of the South is outstanding, friendly and perfect in response to all needs. What is lacking a little bit is cleanliness and maintenance - there would be still space to enhance the experience.

The wood tile was so bad, dirty and fragile, and spider underneat the table, got cockroach as well inside the curtain. Shower was stuck, cloth and the pipe draine as well. No standard and procedure run well for the room boy to clean it up. And the disgusting is the food was sooooo not tasty and wrong choosen for the menu, do you guys got a chef or no? Or you just pick someone from outside for just cooking? Please review with the good standard if you want to be one and only nice resort in parangtritis.

Pros - Awesome Seaview, spacious room, nice infinity pool, huge and comfortable King bed, drinks, food(dinner, side order) are good too. Cons - need to improve room cleanliness, shower water pressure quite weak, should provide full set of toiletries, should provide hand towel, hmm.. breakfast quite bad (sorry to say), location is far from town( that's also the reason why quiet, peaceful and have amazing view of stay there). Currently is also having some construction going on, do take note. Overall is a good and nice place to stay, would recommend to people who like to have a chill and relax trip, not too crowded and have a perfect view from the pool to the ocean, love it so much :) Definitely worth for money, and reasonable price. Thank You Queen of the South resort give us such a memorable stay. One day will definitely come back.

Top location but the restaurant is a disaster”

The first impression when arriving and moving towards the pool is like "WOW" but unfortunately the experiences in the restaurant destroys a lot. Too many things "finished", even fish, allthough the closest fish market is even not 5 kilometers away. This is an example of bad management. But there is hope … construction work was in progress and understood that Mercure will take over soon. Hope that international standards will improve so that also non-Indonesian tourists can enjoy the combination of a great location and a restaurant where all food on the menu is available. Untill the moment that Mercure has taken over, I will for sure not go back.

Nice but can be great”

Beautiful views over the ocean. Terrific infinity pool, nicely behaved but untrained staff. It requires considerable effort to reach this resort. Given that one expects a high customer service experience. Rooms are dated, insect control needs to be improved, staff are hardly accommodating. Breakfast spread has no vegetarian options and they charge extra for any requests.

Dirty and overpriced ”

Dirty and ruined facility, despite nice location. Road access is horrendous. I got cheated on an upgrade standard room to superior room which is @200 K IDR the front desk guy name Dhika charged me @400K instead for 2 nights! Tried to call but again even telephone number that stated in their invoices not reachable.

The only good thing about this hotel is the beautiful sea view. Our room was dirty. There were blood stains on the not-so-white bed sheet. Bed cover also dirty and got blood stains. I am usually quite tolerant about smell. But the room smells like damp fungus. Bathroom was also dirty. Toilet is dirty and you'll think you didn't flush well. Room wall is thin. Spanks and moans were audible from our next room. Food is just okay

Not so clean, nothing to do in the area”

Stayed here for two nights, it’s the only resort in the area for a reason — there’s nothing to do and the beach is disgusting. If you come here, you’re basically stuck unless you brought a car, so people just stay in the grass area like prisoners at a rehab. Lots of opportunities for selfies but the place is pretty miserable. Rooms are enough for sleeping in but there are a few things crawling about. The place isn’t bad just boring and shabby. Wouldn’t stay here again.

No bathtub, no wifi, pool was crowded event in work days. Food was moderate. Nothing special. I definitely don't recommend this place in particular.

Best view at parangtritis”

Good view to see beach with nice pool garden, and staff. It locate rather far away from other, little bit off road to reach this hotel.

Nice place with very beautiful scenery ”

This resort was not expensive and food here were good, there's music to accompany you with your dinner. You can view the sunset around evening time. A very good place to take your heart off from work and just enjoy the scenery.

Nice Relaxing Place”

Came to the hotel on weekday, we feel like have our own private pool! The pool is very amazing with the blue sky and the sea as the background. The room is cozy and the food is good Hope we can come back there someday!

Gorgeous Seaside Sunsets, Good Location & Great Hideaway for Couples”

The boyfriend found this hideaway in Parangtitris where we could go away for a couples only retreat. Although most frequented by other couples, there were also families and local holidaymakers from other parts of Indonesia showing up to enjoy the tremendous waves right at the base of the cliff where the hotel is situated. Buffet breakfast was something lovely to wake up to although the dinner entertainment could be better organised.

Not clean”

Hotel is so far away. Hardly any signs along the road. Toilet is old and does not give you a sense of being in a hotel. Towels are old. Stairs leading to the beach broken in many places. A friend recommended me this hotel. Said it has a nice beach. Just fantastic waves. I won't come back here.

Exceptional”

There is a fair amount of construction going on here at the moment as they are expanding. I spent most of my time near the incredible pool. Awesome view and cliffside pool with cabanas and a good cocktail service. Definitely will be back.

Paradise in yogYakarta”

At the beginning I had some inconvenience because my room was right next to some construction, but after meeting the manager they sorted everything out on the nicest way so that my experience was definitely the best one in Indonesia. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, specially now that they are ending construction and there will be new rooms available, new swimming pools, this place is in paradise. After all, I had a really nice experience.

the staff was very friendly,the view is amazing and food was good.However the location is a bit outskirt no shop around the hotel.The room is dirty plus the toilet is unflexible because its connected together with the wardrobe.The door is broken and you have to be careful to lock the door.
