Amazing staff, fantastic location so central to everything. The rooms were lovely and clean.”
Could not find a bad word to say about the hotel, everything was fantastic. I really enjoyed the afternoon lolly jars. Nothing was too much for the staff, the staff at reception were fantastic and loved the chats with the doorman every day. Keep up the great work Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire.
Time square in London ”
We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire Hotel. Would definitely stay again when in London . Easy access to theaters, Parks, china town Trafalgar, Harrods ,they have afternoon teas and the food Is good . Have porters at your back and call . Senior friendly .walking distance to a lot of shops we were there Before Christmas and there was a carnival right at our doorsteps with a giant ferris wheel at the square.
The Radisson on Mercer St ”
If it’s ideal location, a refined atmosphere and friendly face to greet you then the Radisson Blu hotels are for you! Although myself and my partner were meant to stay at the Leicester Square Radisson Blu, due to Covid-19 implications we were transferred to the Mercer St instead. But this wasn’t an inconvenience at all to us. We still celebrated our year anniversary in London, staying here and loved every minute!
Thank you so much for your feedback and we appreciate your cooperation. glad to hear that Mercer Street hotel looked after you. we can’t wait to welcome you back in the near future.
Right in the heart of London ”
We had a brilliant stay at Radison Blu Edwardian Hampstead hotel . We walked everywhere including great local restaurants. Saw live theatre and shopped till we dropped. Was a busy German football match weekend .Great people watching and fun. Would ask for a room up high as the night time noise can be a bit loud. Leicester square is fabulous.
Will definitely be back!”
This was my fourth visit to London and we decided to stay somewhere different and oh boy, it does not disappoint. From the moment we got off the Taxi, the Bellman was right there assisting with everything, ensuring that we didn't have to struggle with our heavy luggage. We stayed at the Junior Suite with the view of Leicester Square for 4 nights. The room was spacious for 3 Adults and was very well lit. Even located at a place that is bustling with people, noise was never an issue. The bathroom itself was spacious with a fantastic standing shower which I never wanted to leave. The in-room amenities such as Nespresso, bottled water and coffee and tea, were replenished daily. Located right at Leicester Square, the hotel is a perfect location to get around London by foot. This is definitely the hotel of my choice whenever I'm back in London. Thank you to all the excellent staffs for making it a fantastic stay!
Fantastic location, wonderful staff”
The location was as good as it could be right in the heart of Leicester Square. We got to Chinatown and Soho in less than 2 minutes which were just up the street. Other than the location, the best feature about the hotel is its concierge service. What pampering! Each time we came out of the lift in the morning we were asked if we need a taxi to be called, our tickets to Lion King were booked a week ahead, our airport transfers were organised painlessly and smoothly. When we ventured out on foot, we were given idiot-proof directions. And the toiletries were generous and luxurious. I have already recommended this hotel to friends who are planning to travel to London.
Fantastic location”
Right in Leicester Square so a lot on your door step. 2 mins walk from the tube so you can get around anywhere. About 4 mins walk from Trafalgar Square and 5/6mins from Admiralty arch (The Mall) which leads to Buckingham Palace. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the door man who gave us great tips. Hotel was very clean and cleaning lady was always around if you needed anything. Loads of places to eat around, the bar and restaurant in the hotel were busy but we didn’t eat there. With soho being so close there is a lot of options for food and a few drinks. Room and kind of small but you expect that in London. It was still a very comfortable room and bathroom/shower was good too. If you’re there for a few days and want a night in to chill or something just walk out outside to the cinema. They are all on the square. The Odeon (Dolby screen) is amazing. I’d go back here again.
Great location. Great staff. Very nice, but cramped quarters”
The Hampshire is very conveniently located for almost anything. Easy access to the tube and many museums and sights, as well as all the theaters. The staff was consistently helpful in every way. Can't say enough about Alex and the entire concierge staff. The room had good air conditioning and an super comfortable bed. It was just tiny. No room to put things away or to open more than one suitcase. Desk was accessible only by sidling around the bed. The lobby and fitness room are also very small and tight. It was an expensive choice, but I have no regrets at all.
Great location which met our expectations”
having stayed in london previously, we wanted to stay in a central location, close to public transport, the theatre district, trafalgar square and shopping and be of good quality with good size rooms. this hotel did not disappoint and ticked all the boxes for us. the staff were courteous and extremely helpful and as we arrived early and our room wasn't ready, they offered to store our bags for us until it was ready. the room was large and comfortable, very quiet and clean. the only criticism was the air-conditioning didn't seem to be very cool and the room stayed quite warm, other than this our stay was wonderful. we would definitely stay here again.
Excellent”
The Hotel experience is one of friendly staff who are engaging and helpful. The location is very convenient being on the corner of Leicester Square enabling guests to walk out and enjoy the vibe of the west end. The rooms could do with a little uplift though it didn't affect my enjoyable stay
Weekend on the town”
The location of the hotel is fabulous. It is easy walking distance to lots of London landmarks and the night-life is great. Lots of nearby pubs and restaurants and the hotel restaurant is great too. Nice cosy bar and lovely and helpful staff.
My favourite ”
It’s my all time fav !! You can’t ask for a better location than this hotel , it’s in heart of central london with everything so near by !! The rooms have been done and are at par with any good 5 star property !! And one more thing , the shower was excellent !! 😊
Perfect location”
We enjoyed our stay at the Hampshire, however didn't think it deserved the 5 star rating. Considering the amount we were paying, and looking forward to ending our holiday with a luxurious hotel, we were a little disappointed. Having said that, the room was clean and spacious (we got upgraded to the king). Perhaps it gets the 5 stars due to the location, as it was perfectly located. However, there is currently construction going on throughout all of Leicester Square which is an eyesore, not to mention the noise - this can't be heard from the rooms tho.
Brilliant location, Lovely Hotel”
I would defiantly stay at this hotel again. Its so close to everything thats happening in London, whether it be the theatre, A nice meal or shopping, its all outside the doorstep of this fabulous hotel.
Exceptional”
Fantastic location, with so much close by to do and see. We had a warm welcome from the front door staff, and provided with a glass of bubbly each....a nice touch. The staff were very attentive, providing an excellent service, and couldn't do enough for you. The bar was relaxing, with a great atmosphere. Bedroom was very clean, and very spacious (rare in central London). We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended.
Great location with nice service”
very convenient location with 2-min walk from lancester sqaure tube station. located at the center of the square, it's very easy to find different type of restaurants. and the tube station is along pacadilly line which is accessible to most of the main sightseeing spots in london. highly recommended!
Fab Location”
A swell hotel right in the heart of London entertainment. Polished operation and nice spacious room (hard to find in UK).
Great hotel with exquisite service”
Not too keen on the bathroom. Everytime the toilet flushed a large sound is being heard for a period of 10 minutes. Not as modern as the sister branch radisson Leicester square - I prefer that hotel more.
Great Location”
I cannot fault the location of the hotel. We were in Room 407 and everytime we ran a tap or flushed the toilet it sounded like the pipes were going to come out of the walls. Plumbing needs updating. Then there was Leicester Square, it is being dug up and so the lorries, diggers and drilling started at 8am. I asked for a view of Leicester Square which I got except for the brick wall which was outside the window, so you couldn't see it. We enojed our stay but was disappointed with the view we were given and the state of Leicster Square (which goes on until April 2012, I believe)
Best hotel I've ever stayed in”
I've wanted to stay in this hotel for a while now.. I booked a room with a view of Leicester Square and it certainly didn't disappoint.. the bed was the best I've ever been in, the room was just amazing! The shower was lovely and the bathroom immaculate.. The staff were so helpful and mine and my girlfriends every need were catered for.. I asked for two champagne glasses to be brought up to my room and they took a while in doing so, so they brought us the flutes with a complimentary glass of champagne each which I thought was a very nice gesture.. brilliant location... just a brilliant hotel.
