Wonderful place to stay with a really cool owner. Felt like I was at home in my mom’s kitchen on cold autumn evenings. Definitely coming back!

Great quiet spot. Needed a few hours to sleep. Hot shower, cables (every channel), fridge and a microwave and my morning coffee pot Friendly staff. Didn't get to breakfast. Early departure.

Basic motel room but very clean, comfortable bed, and quiet.. Can't ask for much more when just needing a place to sleep.

Stayed here for one night on a road trip from Seattle to Colorado. The room was clean and filled the need of needing a place to crash after a long day on the road. We had shampoo, etc in the room as opposed to some other travelers who have stayed here previously. Note: The reservation actually shows up under Booking.com and you will be charged for the room when you check-in versus immediately online through the Agoda system (Can't use your points).

Was charged for a room safe I didn't ask for, but it was only like a couple of dollars... The hotel is under construction right now so the smell of paint was strong, but again we were just there for one night and it was great.

I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about your hotel just one concern and It may just be the room we were in 114 right by the stairs ice & vending machines plus the back door for guest to exit and enter... and just a concern not a complaint (I would gladly stay again as well as recommend it to others) My husband suggested installation or sound dampening due to the fact that every 10/15 minutes we would here a door close but it sounded as if it was slammed shut it was annoying and kept waking us up and just seemed weird to us that we were more bothered by the foot and door traffic rather than the air traffic right out side as jet liners are taking off also a little amusing to say the least.. A couple of suggestions : 1- is a fenced off pet area ... which I thank you for the free of charge for pets especially having the ability to have two free of charge... guaranteed the only hotel with that amazing luxury... 2- a donut muffin or pastry is amazing with morning coffee don’t you agree? Lol (which your coffee is fabulously yummy) Your staff is amazing very friendly and make you feel welcome as if it’s a home rather than a hotel I commend you on your establishment and will be staying at a motel 6 as a second home unless there isn’t one located where a stay is needed thank you for all you do to keep such a homely motel and my dogs thank you as well ... they say “rubble rubble”

We were exhausted after traveling from Yellowstone and this hotel was a perfect place to relax and recover. We stayed an extra night. Very friendly and comfortable all round. Good pool and spa. Very comfortable rooms and bed. Big shower. Great breakfast. The falls are well worth the visit and stop over.

I was a bit hesitant in booking this hotel because it was so cheap. I decided to trust the reviews and booked it for one night stay. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! It is very clean & comfortable. Big room with decent size bathroom. Quiet area. Continental breakfast basic but ok. I would recommend this to anyone. Do not go to the Family Restaurant near by for meal. It was really a dinner and food were not good.

I got this one at a fairly low price so had low expectations, but this Econo lodge was still a disappointment. The guy at check in was new and needed to call support to check me in. No working TV in my room. It was mid-winter and snowing outside but I could not run the heater in the room because it was too loud - would have kept the city of Idaho Falls up all night. There is a little microwave in the room, but it too was dead. Beds, floor and bathroom were clean. The place is run down. There is no security (or heat) outside the room. Some kids were running loudly down the corridor outside the room after 1 am. Breakfast is toast and coffee. Don't expect a piece of fruit or a waffle. I'm in favour of low end, inexpensive motels, but I would recommend a moderate upgrade in room amenities and breakfast and people will pay $15 more per night.

Pros: comfortable bed, friendly staff Cons: thin walls (could hear neighbor TV the entire night)

Its the IDEAL place for BASE jumpers who come to the bridge and want to save on everything else. Nice and cheap big room. Internet is crap though. No indoor place to pack but heaps of grass to pack just check for dog before hand!

Everything was superb, appearance,staff, cleanliness, value,location. Our best hotel in 4 days of travel.

Ok for the money these days, I guess. Old motel. Needs filthy carpet replaced. Be sure to wear socks or slippers!

Red Lion Inn and Suites, Post Falls is doing some exciting a beautiful renovations. We can hardly wait to see the finished outcome when we come back again. Such a comfortable room with great appointments (microwave and mini fridge, hairdryer) and a HUGE 55" TV. The complimentary breakfast was superb--with make-your-own waffles, hard boiled eggs, fresh-cooked sausages, yogurt, cereals, juices, coffee, tea, and breakfast breads. The pillows were nice, and the bed very firm.

Old and needs renovation. Room was old, and needed updating. Glad it was only one night.

I stayed on two occasions while house hunting. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly. They even remembered me six weeks later when I returned to occupy my new home.

Left at 5am but we’re still able to grab a bagel, juice, coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. for breakfast.

B est priced motel we could find. Fidge, Microwave were there. Breakfast eggs & sausage were the best of many dozens of free hotel breakfasts we have had. Juice and yogurt had good selections and high quality.

We love the location of this hotel! It is centrally located and easy to get around the area. Staff is awesome! We love the Boise River outside our back door! We will always stay here when we travel to Idaho.

Stayed in the back to the 50’s room. Later heard they convert the room to a regular room. This would be a huge mistake. When you have something memorable leave it along. We would come back to this room not just this hotel.

Rooms very clean and staff was awesome during check in and out. Had an issue with my room key but they fixed it right away with no hassle or wait. If you don’t need a big fancy room, this is your best bet.

For the price at the time I stayed, it was very good. Plumbing needs a bit of attention since the sink and bathtub were not draining well.

No cons all pros: excellent location, the staff was great, the swimming pool view is beautiful, and you're able to enjoy it all your long instead of in the summertime

the rooms were clean but the property itself was rundown. The lobby smelled of chlorine when we arrived at night and the smell lingered when we arrived for breakfast the next morning. The breakfast did not have much variety to choose from. The signage was poor throughout the complex and directions to our room were not adequate.

We were in town for the Magic Valley Exotic Pet Expo and have a few reptiles with us to do reptile education at the event, and we had gotten into town too late to be able to leave them at the fairgrounds building. the staff was amazingly accommodating and got our rooms switched to a pet friendly version of the one we had originally booked! and in a very convenient location for loading and unloading the animals :) everything was fantastic with the room as well!

Shiloh in was offering rooms with two beds for the price nearby hotels were offering rooms with one bed. I was happy to see online that they had not just a pool, but a sauna and fitness room as well. The pool lived up to my expectations. Very nice, clean and well maintained pool. I was so disappointed to find the sauna out of order. The fitnes room barely had any free weights as well as well. The staff at check in were outstanding! - Very nice and helpful. Did their best to put our rooms as close as possible on the first floor since we were traveling with small children.

Our stay at the Moose Inn was very nice. Clean, comfortable and very affordable. We’re not into paying for fancy hotels with services you don’t use so the Moose Inn was perfect. The person that cleaned our room went a little heavy on the cleaner so we had to have the door and bathroom window open for most of the evening. It was gone by the next evening.

We have stayed at the Inn America 4 different times for a total of 10 nights and I can only tell you how great the service, staff, and value we have experienced. We look forward to our trips to Boise to visit our son at Boise State but also to stay at such a friendly and clean hotel. I guess you can gather that from us continuing to choose Inn America every time with all the other hotels also available.
