The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room and breakfast was absolutely value for money. Stayed for three weeks with my son, and although the winter weather was challenging at times we had fun. The hotel is located in cose proximity to many restaurants, Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill attractions. Transportation was very reliable. It was a quiet area, not a lot of traffic and cozy. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it would be my choice when i next visit Niagara Falls. Ask for Room 229 !

I flew into Toronto from Cuba at 2 am with no accommodation booked and no intention of paying for a hotel room for what little remained of that night. Pearson airport has a 24-hour coffee shop with wifi so I went there to work on the next stages of my trip, including getting a roof over my head for the coming night: I chose the Neill Wycik because it was super-cheap and I knew the area from a previous visit. When the transport systems were all running, I rode downtown and went to the hotel so that I could drop my bag: to my amazement, they let me check in at about 9 am, a full seven hours before the check-in time on their website! That was just the first of several ways in which the staff proved themselves to be utterly fantastic, far better than the career professionals in many 5-star hotels. As for the establishment itself, there's no getting away from the fact that it's a college dorm for most of the year so single bed, shared bathroom etc; but, for a solo traveller on a budget, it's the best value in Toronto.

I like this hotel, the staff is friendly, breakfast simple delicious, the location is good just walk 5 min to the Falls Incline Railway, the easy way to Table Rock and the Fallsview Tourist Area. The Railway will allow riders to easily reach the “Bridge of Flowers” pedestrian crossing over the Niagara Parkway into Table Rock.

No, it's not as flash as the big hotels overlooking the falls, but it's much cheaper, and about the same time to walk to the famous falls. Staff are very friendly. Parking and breakfast cost extra - you can always find alternative breakfast options in town, and parking is about the same as other places on weekdays. We would stay here again.

I absolutely, loved my stay. Spent two nights in a two queen bedroom. I definitely had my doubts about this place when i read all the reviews but i decided to go ahead and it was a good decision. i will advice parties with children not to stay here as there are no fridges or microwaves( not really a bother for me ), so leftovers from restaurants can not be properly stored. Pros: amazing location, had the car parked at the hotel the entire time because it was right across all the activities. staff are very friendly and quick to respond. clean rooms and super spacious. double sinks in the rooms. Air Conditioner

Liked the hotel, the TV did not get US channels which was strange and disappointing for us. I asked why and the front desk clerk did not know or care.

I am not from Barrie, so I don't know this, but the hotel SEEMS to be in a 'bad part of town', although I had no issues and it was quiet. It was a quick drive to everything we wanted. The price was great, the room was great and the staff were great. There were both a microwave and a fridge in the room. The shower was nice and the bathroom was big. The bed was comfy. There were only two thin pillows each, but the lovely clerk at the front desk brought us two more. I didn't use the pool or hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good experience i stayed in Higher priced hotels and didnt get the great service sunbridge provided. Definetly recommend this hotel.

The location is great, walking distance to the fall, restaurants and etc. The room is decent, clean. Free overnight parking included is good! Also, breakfast included! Food was not bad. I also used the swimming pool!

it was good. its a not a high end hotel by any means, but it was comfortable. its a great location for late night or early morning flights or an overnight layover.

Stayed 2 times here This is a hidden Gem in Niagara Falls Canada big play place and gated off pool and a restaurant inside the hotel. My kids played so I could enjoy my dinner I will always use this hotel if I visit again. Only down fall is the rooms are kinda small but that’s fine with us. We got a room connected to the pool play area so nice to just walk out and not take an elevator to play.

I stay here normally when travelling the next day because of closeness to airport. Breakfast is not that great. But it is comfortable and convenient and low cost for Canad which is an expensive country.

the hotel is very much easy to locate. and conveniently located near the falls. also very clean rooms and great service. toilets was super clean. staff was very good. did a free upgrade of the hotel room for us.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. I stayed overnight between flights and had a good experience. However, if you are going from the airport to the hotel, make sure you ring them as the shuttle does not do regular trips to the airport.

I checked in at 8pm and left the next morning at 8am. I didn't have time to see the gym or pool. The room service is fast and the food was good. The room isn't anything special but it was clean and comfortable with working amenities. The staff was kind, offered a wake up call and the shuttle to and from the airport is free. I recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to crash for a night before continuing on their travels.

We had a 2 night stay in Fallsview room. The room was clean and well appointed. The view from our room was awe inspiring! We could sit, enjoy a coffee and just look at the Falls. Also enjoyed fireworks from our room. Staff were all friendly and attentive. I would recommend spending a little extra and getting a Fallsview room- well worth it!

Staffs are kind, airport free pickup service is really good. Amenities in the room are enough and good. Everything was good!! I would like to stay again there!

It was during a convention weekend and the hotel was packed, we were changing rooms sunday morning and had to leave before 11am. Your employee Sarah was extremely understanding and very nice to us and managed to get us a room for 11am! 10/10 she made my experience very awesome and thanks to her, saved us a huge headache of where to put our baggages if we couldn't get a room until 3pm. Awesome service! truly care about your clients!
