Great room, staff very friendly, food was great, We do not have kids but this is definitely a great place for kids!! We enjoyed the bar in the restaurant our last night there & loves the bartender, I so wish I could remember her name but she was fabulous!!! So sorry I forgot her name. We met a lot of people in just the couple of hours that we will never forget! Best time we have had in a long time. Thank you!!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Check out and breakfast goes an hour longer than most hotels which I appreciate as I like to sleep in when I can.

The hotel would not honor my federal employee discount. To receive the discount I had to book with hotel direct. I did call the BW main number and the employee did not know of this discount, however the employee at the facility did.,,

Be careful. They change their prices daily so we ended up getting locked into a rate and then it was MUCH cheaper a few days later. We reserved through AGODA so I'm warning you. $160 for a one night stay is too high for this place.

Clean room, clean sheet, clean Bathroom. Good water pressure. Breakfast is good. Cecilia was helpful and keeping the breakfast area clean. One thing also that nice about this hotel is all the pictures of wildlife on display.

It was very nice, yet getting g them to clean rm was not good. I even asked twice. But they came in changed towels. I had to put trash out side door. In order to keep rm clean. I was there 5 days gots towels changed 2 times. But front desk service was very good. All in all it was as good stay. Centrally located

Card and handle mechanism were difficult to operate and were pulling away from door. Toilet would not always flush yet water would continue to run until the handle was moved after most uses. Top of refrigerator door had some sticky substance on it which we found when we opened the fridge. It was gross! The carpet was filthy.. Some of the snacks in the vending machine had expiration dates of 2017! The gravel area around the pool was loaded with weeds. Poor lighting in the room. There were bugs and spiders in the room. There was no fan in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Laundry machines were new. Breakfast had good options but did not change the three mornings we ate there. The employee in the breakfast area was very attentive restocking items. Spending four nights in the motel was a disappointing mistake. We regret choosing this property. My family wanted to leave a day or two early just to get out of there, but we had already paid and could not amend our reservation.

Room was comfortable and clean and staff were helpful. The only negative is that it is a huge complex spread over about 3 blocks and once you get to your room (across the road and up the stairs), you feel quite isolated from the hotels general facilities.

The breakfast was not ready in the morning. We had to ask for the milk for the cereal griddle for waffles wasn’t started so would have taken another 30 minutes to wait for. The only yhing that was there was muffins. The room was non smoking and smelled terrible like smoke. The workers were unfriendly and made it clear we were bothering them when we asked them for milk. Terrible place!!!

Place was clean, had a nice staff, good breakfast, and was right on our route from Denver to Yellowstone. Would recommend.

So glad we booked here. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. Hotel close to Devils Tower.

My son and I went to a concert at CFD and stayed at Tru for the night. The hotel was clean, the staff was awesome and so friendly and our room was way better than we’d expected. I forgot a comb and my son forgot his toothbrush. They provided us with one of each, free of charge! We had a chance to swim at the pool and also enjoyed breakfast the next morning. The only thing my son and I noticed was the excessive use of plastic at the breakfast buffet. It would be nice for the cutlery to at least have had a recycling option! That aside, I’d definitely recommend Tru! Great staff, nice rooms, fun extras like breakfast and the pool.

Passing through on a road trip, the Best Western was comfortable yet affordable. The breakfast was lacklustre, but the hotel room more than made up for it. Recommended.

This is a super place to stay with a nice lobby and good rooms that you can park right outside. The breakfast is excellent with nice service and food served on china (not plastic) which is such a relief. The outdoor pool is heated and there's a jacuzzi. We came for one day and stayed for two!

Exterior gound level door access to the room. Complimenty breakfast is the best I've every eaten No jacuzzi, but nice large indoors pool.

The hotel was fine and the front desk did everything they could to try to resolve a major booking error made by Agoda. Agoda advertised, sold and confirmed my stay at the BW Sunset Inn at $69/night, but made the reservation at a lesser motel down the street called the Sunrise Motor Inn. The best price for the BW Sunset Inn on Kayak and Travelocity was $135/night but Travis at the front desk only charged us $123. Despite 2 hours of phone calls with Agoda and their affiliate booking.com, they insisted I had made the error, and only after I emailed them proof of THEIR error (screen shots of their website and a copy of the confirmation they sent me) did they agree to not charge my for cancelling the reservation less than 24 hours in advance. Staff at both Hotels were great at helping sort out the confusion and confirmed this same Agoda mix up has happened repeatedly, creating frustration for everyone involved.

Awesome hotel. The location is just gorgeous! There is a hot springs hot tub which was perfect! Great hot breakfast, nice staff and yummy cookies! Just the best!

The hotel had very unique decor. Pleasant place to stay. Room cleaning staff left room ajar once after completing work, a security issue. Full buffet breakfast was excellent. Dinner chef overcooked meat. Agoda should have included resort fee in their price.

Everything was excellent - great bed, friendly staff, sparkling clean room, great breakfast even with almond milk in the little frig. We left our window open and had some noise from the interstate. But perfectly quiet with the window closed. The backside of the motel might be even quieter. We will definitely stay here again!

Extremely friendly staff. We traveled with 2 small dogs and we were given a nice room that opened to a large grassy area. Breakfast was a good variety of items, including eggs, sausage, and home fried potatoes. It is a drive to the "downtown". They were lining up horses and floats for a parade in the morning that looked as if it would be fun to stay and watch, but we had to get on the road. If you are traveling with pets, this is the place to stay.

Our stay at Best Western Plus was the best hotel stay we had on our 15 day road trip. We booked online and ended up getting an even nicer room when we arrived as we had been booked for a handicap room accidentally. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was awesome. Breakfast was honestly the best continental breakfast I've had with a few nice extras like a salsa from a local place and extras for oatmeal/yogurt. Staff was super friendly and provided a great dinner recommendation. I can't say enough good things about this place!

cant go wrong for $44. very nice staff and the place was warm and fine for me in my road trip
