Great stay but a long walk from town proper”
PROs: Shamrock Tavern Inn is a nice place to stay in Sagada IF you have a car with you. Rooms are big and clean, the staff are nice, and it's probably one of the best inns in Sagada. CONS: Location though, can be a problem if you don't have transportation as it's quite a looooong walk to the town proper (15-20mins). Also, you would have to walk a steep uphill getting to the lobby so it's quite a challenge if you got heavy bags with you or you just got back from the tiring tours. No TVs in the rooms also, although, we didn't feel the need for it for an overnight stay (maybe for those staying longer). Wi-fi is only available in the lobby area. RECOs: Please have a van/jeep that could shuttle guests to the town proper, atleast. The long walk under the scorching sun is just sooo bad.

Good place to stay!! 👌”
Pros- aside from good place to stay after tiring day of travel (12hrs). Clean and quiet lodge. Clean as well. Very accomodating staffs. Cons- It take a quiet long walk to get into market/center of place. Around 10 to 15mins I guess. However, its good for the heart. Generator in case of brown out. Or should I say informed other guys that due to using blower to other room you might loss lights in your own room. Other than that, I rate it as 9 out of 10.

Good”
Hotel itself was fine and staff was also good. But the Inn is very far from central part. There's no transportation available so it means you have to walk all the way through. It's okay if you want to explore a bit, but if you are carrying your heavy baggages, it's very difficult.

...all fine and according to description, but best of all is to sit in front of the fireplace after sundown with a beer in your hands, enjoying the warmth and the color of the flames....

The place is strategically located at the far center of the town that made it so cozy and quite yet accessible. The food are good. Jenny the receptionist is the best! She's so accommodating to every guests attending their very need without complaining. She also makes sure that other guests were not disturb by loud talking and chatting.

A bit far from the center of town”
It is quite a long walk from the town center of Sagada, but you will pass by all the recommended restos and cafes like Lemon Pie, Bana's, Sagada Brew etc. While the room for 3 pax is clean with enough space for everything, including a balcony, it has no wifi and cable TV. The staff however was very very friendly and helpful during our stay. Their restaurant has a good menu, we tried their breakfast and it is delish with a good price of P170. Choose this inn if you do not mind the long walk, and no wifi in rooms.

Clean and spacious room for Group ”
We booked two quadruple Roma and we are very satisfied with the room size and individual beds. Location is in the heart of Sagada and within walking distance of most of the attractions.

Want your own bathroom? This is the place to be!”
I like how I have my own spacious room with towels, cabinet, tables and chairs to put my things to. Very thing I like is that I have my own comfort room with heater shower. If I come back to Sagada, I'm staying here again for sure.

Value for Money”
Great place. Hot shower is working. Near Sagada Lemon Pie House and Sagada Brew. Staff are friendly. One of my favorite inns in Sagada. I am highly likely to book again here for my visit this year.

Ok For Budget Travel”
PROS: Clean rooms, Staff are friendly, Restaurant On-Site CONS: Parking space is limited, very steep climb, far from the tourist center where most of stores are and it's quite a long walk and climb Recommended for groups with vehicles and drivers. Otherwise, you will get a headache just for the parking and every time you go out to town. Ok for groups on a budget. Not for people with disabilities. You will have a problem going up the hotel and in your rooms because no elevator.

Great place, great staff, great FOOOOD!!!”
We were here during ASEAN. We're lucky to get the last standard room from Shamrock and booked at the 3f. The room was big enough for two (4 people will fit quite well in it). The first thing we checked was the heater though, haha. it was working well so we were able to bathe peacefully :D we had quite a journey getting to Sagada (from being left by the Sagada bus to having to wait for a ride at Dantay because we took the Bontoc bound bus instead) so when we checked-in we were really hungry. we had no time to waste though so we decided to try Shamrock's kitchen instead of going out to the famous cafes and restos. Faye cooks deliciously. Their prices are not too far from the well-known restos and cafe in Sagada but the taste is incomparable. Listen to them when they suggest meals because it will never fail you :) it's decided then that if we ever come back to Sagada, we'll stay here again. The staffs are nice, i love them. hi Ate Jenny! (their very mabait receptionist :))

Pros: It's quiet and simple Staffs are great Rooms are impressive Cons: A bit far from some popular diners Lacks stairs to the main Tavern To sum it all up, this is a great Inn! If you want some simple and quiet time in Sagada I highly prefer this inn. Might consider bringing your own car or renting one.

Poor customer service from reception area to restaurant to room service. Restaurant is open but there were no available foods when we came in at 5pm even when we inquire for dinner.
