      My 1st perfect ten score!”
      It was public holiday and i expected the crowd. But, the cx in and cx out was super breeze even though during bfast there were many people. Buffet bfast was totally awesome. There are direct access to sunway lagoon from the hotel. Very close. Very close to sunway pyramid, just walk in covered area/bridge. Other eateries/ conv store just across the road. The staff was all very helpful and friendly.

      Fantastic Hospitality”
      The Resort were fantastically good. I had made a special request for valentine night with a staff named ZARA. She were very helpful & she did very well on the decoration, she even had us upgraded from premier room to Junior Suite. That's not all, eventually on the day of check in i changed my mind to add on the deco package. The named staff did manage to get a valentine cake in just couple of hours for us. Hereby to Thank Ms. ZARA for her great effort & she did amazingly well in her job.

      Free Hotel Room Upgrade”
      I loved everything about the Hotel, staffs are helpful and friendly as well, and the hotel is well maintained. I got free room upgrade from Premier room to Suit (i didn't request for it and the occupancy rate up to 80%) although I booked cheapest room about 1 week before my actual stay day. What's a surprise! Just a minor feedback, complementary breakfast buffet served should be replenished whenever they are close to running out. During my visit, rice was empty for 10 mins and only replenish upon my request.

      A water theme park, a mega-mall right beside, and lots of 24-hr eateries surrounding the hotel. Good for 3 nights stay, a day at Sunway Lagoon, 2 days at the mall (and cinema or ice skating if you like) and surrounding area, and a day to relax.

      The room is at 6th floor, still can see the firework but got the tree. But their close the 5th facilities area...then we only can go to 1st floor see the firework view. The breakfast many choice but the food need to add oil.

      Hotel location is excellent, i took grab around rm20 to reach from Kl central. Great park view , friendly staff and attentive. Very clean room and theres even free nespresso ! Highly recommend for family who bringing kids to sunway lagoon to have fun.

      I liked everything about the hotel especially the staff. They have very well trained amazing , helpful staff. Kudos to the front office team. Only negative point for me was the Breakfast . A bit tight space in sitting area .But the staff were very helpful in directing me to an empty seat. Would be great to see a variety of cakes and other pastries as well.

      Amazing staffs especially the one who entertained my husband and I at the reception counter (I forgot his name, sorry!)....good location, nice comfortable room with great view. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. Everything was just perfect for our wedding anniversary celebration.

      A very nice hotel to stay, very close to the medical centre and connected to Sunway Pyramid shopping mall. Facilities and staffs were superb, especially breakfast was amazing. However the only downside is the cleanliness in the restaurant and public toilets, hopefully the management will do some improvements regarding this matter. Recommended hotel.

      They tried their best to accomodate our special requests. The facilities are very well maintained. Location is terrific next to shopping mall and fun park for family. Staff were very professional. They even check on my old mother at the room when they were made aware indirectly that my mom would be mostly staying inside the room. That caring aspect of service put the team excels other comparable hotel. Thank you Sunway Resort Team!
