Hotel near small mall”

Hotel staffs is good and kind BF certainly need improvement. Putting a trainee Chef at the egg station is not good as she is overwhelmed by the guest. Quality and variety of BF also need improvement. Coffee is serve cold and quality is very bad. Room also need to improve on its upkeeping. It is getting bad as compare to the last few time when I am staying there.

This is my 2nd time staying here. I just love the hotel because of the mall which has varieties of food and cinema theater. Very conveniently located. There are few local cuisine, chinese n indian cuisine as well. We just love the room structure where the living is separated from the bedroom. We just love it. We do not choose any other hotel whenever to jakarta, we are ardent fan of this facility ;)

Spacious Room, Great Location”

The suite is located in business area around Kuningan, where we can easily find many great restaurants and close to some malls. Room itself so spacious, equipped with microwave, stove, minibar. Since we travelled with a baby, it is really convenience for us

Calm, Quite and friendly staffs”

This was the first time I visited Jakarta and this hotel really suited my expectations. Location of this hotel is good as there are many fine restaurants around it and you can go to anywhere easily. Room was spacious with modern amenities and the staffs were excellent. Food at the hotel was good too. There's a mall nearby where you can exchange your currencies and get other facilities. Surrounding areas are clean, quite and attractive. And it's value for money! I really enjoyed my stay there.

Surprisingly it is HUGE”

This is my first occasion to booked and stay at this hotel and honestly speaking I'm not too confident with the price they offered for a suite (at least that's what they call their room). But when we actually arrived and enter the room, wow! It is so spacious! View was OK (city view), the room is clean. But we do smell a smoke on the corridor, apparently one or two guest is smoking. Although we stay at non-smoking level. We didn't have the opportunity to try the food.

incorrect room type details on website”

I did book The Grove Suites via Agoda and I chose 1-bedroom suite "Pool View" and after entering the room, it was "City View" so I came down to lobby and told the receptionist named mr. Yunnan. to change me the correct room type. Unfortunately, there is no "Pool View" room detail stated on Agoda booking and mr.Yunnan explained that the room rate I paid is city view that there are incorrect details on Agoda website but I said I has chosen the pool view. He politely explained to me whom was a bit tired due to traveling so I told him that's alright. I could stay in the city side. As good service&solution provider, he did discuss with manager and give me the pool side room and let the hotel staff help me moving my luggage. This is very impressive and warm welcoming of The Grove Suites and I'm very thankful. Sincerely, Yoshi W.

Good place to stay ”

This was one of my fav places to stay until recently when I lived here for 3 nights. The aircon machine makes noise at night and its difficult to fall asleep with the noise. The restaurant serves lot of variety and is available 24/7. Overall the place is good but they should solve the problem of the noise making aircons.

Stay here for 1 night to celebrate boyfriend birthday, the staff is so helpful, planning to bring hidrogen baloon and they allowed it, some hotel may not allowed you to bring such stuff into hotel room. had so much pleasure in this hotel, just a lil bit disturbed by the carpark. its too small. hopeu can solve this problem u guys. staff is very friendly and nice, eventought we did some swim in the middle of the night they just remind us because of the chemical things, they still give us so many towels and ask us nicely. great time!!

If you're looking for fantastic room at good location. This is a great one, the room is huge and I love it. However, the food is so so. Very salty in most selection. But staffs are very friendly and professional. Kudos

Big Room, Clean and Friendly Staff”

The hotel is located just behind Epicentrum Mall. It is very convenient because it has a direct way to the mall from the Hotel and secluded, therefore, it is not noisy. The toilet is pretty big. Breakfast is slightly above standard, it can be better. I would come back to this hotel.

Cozy and Stylish at a very good location”

Although it is quite strange for a suite room equipped with a kitchen set, but it will be very nice for anybody who book for long stay. Cleanliness and other aspects are satisfactory.. recommended for business traveller.

overall i always really enjoy my stay at the grove. except the facilities needs to be checked before check in. in this case, this one time, i had problems with the AC. although the engineering was helpful enough to try to fix it, but did not solve the problem. I would have much preferred to have switched to another room, but that option was not offered but instead for the engineering to come....

family friendly hotel with best location ”

it was a good experience to spend the night at the hotel, good location, good foods and facilities but i'm not happy with the late of check in time, the room should be ready at 2 pm no matter what, it caused me & the kids should wait until 3.30 pm to get the room, so dissapointing

Spacious n modern-elegant room”

This room was for my honeymoon and hotel gave us a cake written "happy honeymoon", thank you for that, i was so happy n the cake was delicious, more than i thought. The room: spacious, got kitchen, fridge, stove, 3 mineral bottles, well designed, got 2 TVs, living room, but when i arrived, the tables in the room abit dusty. Facilities: Hotel gives complete amenities but the minus point was when i arrived i needed to wait almost 1hour to get my towel. They said towel has just been laundry, but 1 hour?? it was too long. They should prepare clean towel before guests arriving. Hotel has mini gym, spa (not free), pool is okay. Breakfast: breakfast was delicious, esp their cakes. my favourite was they provide fresh juice by request in the breakfast area with many various fruits. Porridge was also tasty n so good. Location: It has connecting way to epicentrum (which is not a crowded mall, not so many things there but it has few good restaurants, atm, n xxi. Surrounding was good.

Excellent Hotel, Highly recommended”

New breakfast menu include international cuisine such as sushi and hummus. But the best is Indonesian section changes everyday amd introducing different ethnic food in Indonesia such as nasi uduk, lontong padang, nasi bali. I guess there is also nasi sunda and bakso banten, but I was there only for 3days. Never get bored with this hotel. Always improvement in quality and services. Highly recommended

Great place to stay”

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past 12 months and have nothing to complain about for the price you pay the standard is well above average for similar hotels in the city. The location is good with many local restaurants nearby including blue grass which is a few minutes walk away .... definitely a good place for business travellers to stay !
