The accommodation was incredibly cold, electric blankets and other blankets on the beds but the house was so cold we where unable to function within it.
Disappointing say the least. As an hotelier should feel ashamed to offer the room to the public. Needs to rethink his standards.
good value, comfortable, lovely Karoo hospitality ”
Tiny village, beautiful old Karoo hotel. Excellent food, beautifully served on old china. Very nice place to stay. Well run and well staffed. Spotlessly clean and charming
A historical charming house - must see”
If you visit this house, it's a journey into old days, with the luxury and cuisine of today. There are several rooms to have a drink before eating in the dining room. Breakfast is in the nearby cottage or in the sweet garden beside the pool. The hosts are very fiendly and helpfull, dinner was delicious, but rather expensive. There are rooms in the mainhouse or little cottages for self catering as well around the garden. A spot you should visit! We met people from around and had a great evening chatting at the fire with them.
