Roompot Vakanties will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours after booking with information detailed deposit and payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. If the full amount is not paid before arrival, it may happen that your property is no longer available.
Credit card information can be asked to secure your booking. These will not be used to collect the payment.
You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A security deposit of EUR 65 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after booking via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that the final cleaning is optional: the apartment must be left clean or an extra fee of EUR 59 to EUR 65 will apply. Bed linen are optional as well; guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at an extra cost of EUR 8.50 (bed linen) and 13.50 (bed linen and towels) per person. Please contact the accommodation before your arrival if you want to book final cleaning or bed linen and towels.
Please note that the person making the booking must be 21 years minimum.
It is not possible to place extra beds and exceed the maximum capacity of the bungalow.
