We were more than satisfied with oure expirience in that hostel! We get really good informatiom about the loop and perfect motorbikes for a good price! They heped us with Booking the another trip. On that bustrip i loose something and the host could organized for me that i get it back even we stayed in a other place!!! The hostel was super clean and all was perfect! We did the extended loop and the manager at 10am was very accomodating, let us keep our bike longer etc. The bike and helmets we borrowed were top quality- no problems at all. She gave us her phone number to contact her if we had any problems. Please use this wonderful hostel because it provides an attention to detail, stress free experience. The free breakfasts are also delicious and our manager speaks fluent English and always greets us with a smile. This was by far the best hostel we have ever stayed in, mainly because the manager really cares about her customers and the service she provides.

One of the best hostel we have stayed. Staff speaks English well what is really handy if you wanna get recommendations where to go. They also rent a motorbike 200k automatic what is pretty lot but almost all other hostels have the same prices for this area and when you go to Ha Giang loop you will realize it probably takes a lot of money to maintain their motorbikes 😂. It was great as we were able to check in at 8:15 and also they provided us already free breakfast. They had options like scramble and fried eggs or pancakes with peach jam and chocolate syrup and coffee or tea with fresh milk 👌🏻. Only what I would recommend to add more meat into meat noodles and dont use any type of species/soya sauce or too much oil for rice (not sure what exactly they used that I minded) as european and american are not used to it. But next time I asked them only for vegetable fried rice on little oil only and it was amazing! 🤗

We did the loop in 4 days and the staff was really helpfull all the way! We where in contact via Whatsapp. Got picked up from the busstation by scooter when arriving, if we had problems on the way they gave us advice and were open to help us. Kept my valuables safe while doing the loop. Booked the limousine back to Hanoi and gave us all the information we needed for a pleasant stay! Could refresh (shower) before taking the bus back to Hanoi! Recommended!!

We only stayed one night (3 hours since we arrived at 4:30 am) but they were super nice, letting us in at a really unusual hour, storing our luggage for 2 nights until we came back from doing the loop and they even let us have a shower! Also we rented a motorbike with them which worked well all the way for 3 days! The room was spacious and the A/C worked perfectly (until there was a power shortage in the whole street but this wasn't their fault abviously). We would definitely recommend this place!

hostel is just okay, low prices but everything is decent. they even offer free breakfast. and staffs are amazing. they are welcoming, helpful, supportive. if you dont know how and where to go, this hostel is a perfect choice, staffs will give you every info you need.

Big room, bathrooms could be improved”
Staff are lovely, and they provide great service with bike hire, bag storage and shower when you return from the loop. Double room was nice, bathroom was ok, could be improved. Communal bathrooms upstairs need to be improved, bad smell of urine.

They were lovely girls and their english was quite good! They let me in when i arrived early with the bus. Rented my motorcycle for the loop here and it was a very new and good one! Really recommend this place.

Cheap hostel When we book it for the first time we couldn't reach it since we lost our last bus. After 5 days we went there back and they let us stay one night for free
